HOW TO MAKE CHEESY CHICKEN POT PIE||
This afternoon @fariedzfazley and i made Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie. Since a lot of you asked for a cooking tutorial, try this recipe out. It’s really simple and the children love it. Of course, they all fight for the pastry crust. The grown ups fight over it too. A step by step guide is in this video.
RECIPE:
6 tbsp butter
200 grams chicken breast (cut into 1” cubes)
5 tbsp all purpose flour
1 stalk celery
1 cup frozen vegetables
1 1/2 large onions (diced)
5 cloves garlic (finely diced)
3 small sprigs thyme
1 can cream of chicken soup (watered down with 0.5 ltr water)
1 pinch of salt
2 pinches coarse ground pepper
1 packet mozarella cheese
1 pack puff pastry
1 egg (you only need the yellow bit for egg wash)
2 cups rice (weight for blind baking)
Baking parchment (lining for rice)

[RECIPE]
Preparation time: ~20 mins
Cooking time: ~1 hr 30 mins
Total duration: ~1 hr 50 mins
Ingredients:
1) Spare ribs, 1kg (cut into slices)
2) Ginger, 1 x 4-inch piece (flattened for boiling) and 1 x 4-inch piece (sliced for frying)
3) Garlic clove, 5, minced
4) Sour plum sauce, 130 grams
5) Soya bean paste sauce, 1 tablespoon
6) Hua Tiao Chiew (rice wine), 2 tablespoons
7) Water, 1 cup
8) Oki premium corn oil, 2-3 tablespoons
9) Tapioca starch, 2 tablespoons
10) Coriander and spring onion, to garnish, chopped
Instructions:
1) Place ribs and ginger into water and boil (Do not cover and remove dirt from water).
2) Once boiled, remove from heat and drain water away from pork ribs.
3) Add 1 tablespoon of OKI premium corn oil to a saucepan heated to medium heat.
4) Sauté sliced ginger until slightly brown.
5) Add garlic.
6) Add soya bean paste.
7) Add pork ribs and fry until fragrant.
8) Pour in 1 cup of plain water. Cover and let it boil.
9) Mix in plum sauce and pepper.
10) Add in Hua Tiao Chiew. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender and liquid is reduced.
11) Separate out one small bowl of sauce to mix in tapioca flour.
12) Mix in 2 tablespoons of tapioca starch to the small bowl of sauce. Pour in sauce to thicken.
13) Add garnish and serve.

Satukan kesemua bahan dan pukul hingga adunan menjadi putih
Asingkan adunan kepada beberapa warna
Paipkan adunan hingga separuh paper cup, dan isikan ‘filling’ yang disukai
Penuhkan mengisi adunan. Corakkan mengikut kretiviti
Kukus 15 minit. Dan sedia dihidang

Unite all ingredients and beat until the mix becomes white
Separate the mix to some colors
Mix the mix up to half paper cup, and fill in the liked 'filling'
Filling up filling the mix. Make according to the kretiviti
Steamed for 15 minutes. And ready to be served

how to make butter pound cake

Ingredients:200g cake flour(1 1/2cups)
225g salted butter(1 cup)
3 large eggs (144g)
150g sugar(3/4 cup)
4g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
vanilla extract(1/2 tbsp)
lemon juice(1 tbsp )
pan size
10" x 4" x 3"
Bake for 70-75 minutes at 170°C preheated oven
Method:
grease your loaf pan and place a parchment paper in the bottom
preheat your oven at 170°C
sift flour and baking powder together
beat room temperature butter to loose a little then ad sugar and beat until fluffy and pale.
add room temperature eggs one at a time and beat each time to well combine
beat butter and egg until the mixture fluffy and pale in colour (15-20 mins)
add vanilla and lemon juice
pour the mixture into the pan, jiggle and tap to evenly spread
bake at 170°C for 70mins
cover with an aluminium foil after 30 minutes of baking if you see the top is burning.
Notes:
* beating butter and egg is very important.take your time.
* If you over bake the cake it could dry easily.
* Check at 60-65 mins if its done or not.
* Baking time varies a little on pan size and oven type.
* spray/brush lightly with lemon sugar water if you think outside is overbaked.

23cm丸型:6-8人分
材料:
牛乳 130ml
クリームチーズ 100g
バター 100g
卵黄 8個
薄力粉 60g
コーンスターチ 60g
卵白 13個分
グラニュー糖 130g
いちご 適量
粉糖 適量
1.オーブンは160℃に予熱しておく。型に紙を敷いておく。
2.小鍋に牛乳、クリームチーズ、バターを入れて中火にかけ、泡立て器でよく混ぜ合わせる。なめらかになったら火から降ろして冷ましておく。
3.ボウルに卵黄を入れてよく混ぜ合わせ、粗熱のとれた(1)を少しずつ加えて混ぜる。
4.(3)に薄力粉とコーンスターチをふるい入れ、粉気がなくなるまでよく混ぜる。
5.メレンゲを作る。ボウルに卵白を入れてハンドミキサーで泡立てる。しっかり泡立ったら、グラニュー糖を数回に分けて加えながら泡立てる。
6.ツノが立つくらいまでしっかり泡立てたら、(4)のボウルに1/4量を加えて、気泡をつぶさないようにしてゴムベラで混ぜ合わせる。残りのメレンゲも2回に分けて加え、都度よく混ぜる。
7.紙を敷いた型に(6)を流し入れ、少し高い位置から2、3回落として気泡を抜く。
8.ひとまわり大きい型の底にペーパータオルを敷いて(7)を置く。高さ3cmほどまで湯を注いで、160℃に予熱したオーブンで25分焼く。その後140℃に下げて55分焼く。
9.焼きあがったらそっと型から外し、紙も外す。
10.粉糖をかけ、好みの大きさに切り分けて皿に盛り、いちごを添えたら、完成!
Fluffy Jiggly Japanese Cheesecake
Servings: 6-8
INGREDIENTS
⅔ cup (130 milliliters) milk
4 ounces (100 grams) cream cheese
7 tablespoons (100 grams ) butter
8 egg yolks
½ cup (60 grams) flour
½ cup (60 grams) cornstarch
13 large egg whites
⅔ cup (130 grams) granulated sugar
Parchment paper
Strawberries, to serve
Powdered sugar, to serve
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 320°F/160°C.
In a small pot over medium heat, whisk the milk, cream cheese, and butter until smooth. Remove from heat and cool.
In a large bowl, whisk the egg yolks until smooth, then slowly drizzle in the cream mixture, stirring until evenly combined.
Sift in the flour and the cornstarch, whisking to make sure there are no lumps.
In another large bowl, beat the egg whites with a hand mixer until you see soft peaks when lifting the mixer up from the egg whites.
Gradually add the sugar while continuing to beat until you see hard peaks when lifting the mixer up.
Take about ¼ of the egg whites and fold them into the egg yolk mixture, then repeat with the remaining egg whites until the batter is evenly combined.
Place a 4-inch parchment paper strip around the edge of a 9x3-inch cake pan that is already lined with parchment at the bottom. If you are using a springform pan, make sure to wrap the bottom and sides completely in foil, twice, to prevent any leakage.
Pour the batter into the parchment-lined pan and shake to release any large air bubbles.
Place the filled pan into a larger baking pan or dish lined with 2 paper towels at the bottom. The paper towels ensure that the heat is distributed evenly along the bottom of the pan. Fill the larger pan about 1-inch with hot water.
Bake for 25 minutes, then reduce the heat to 280°F/135°C, and bake for another 55 minutes, until the cake has risen to almost double its height.
Remove from oven, and carefully, invert the cake onto your dominant hand and peel off the paper. Be extremely careful, the cake will be hot. You can also invert the cake onto a plate, but this will cause the cake to deflate more.
Sprinkle the top of the cake with powdered sugar, slice, and serve with strawberries while still warm!

Hey guys. I thought I'll give you a bit more information down here. I normally have quite a good amount of carbs and proteins in the morning. I like to replenish my body in the morning with good nutritious food. I like to combine the food above with some sort of protein if I think it is not substantial for the day. Normally I'll go for eggs to add some protein to my diet. Boiled eggs are the easiest option.

►Tofu Banana Bread (Sugar Free, Dairy Free, Plant Based) - AWESOME STUFF YO! ►
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup of oat flour ( I just use my nutribullet to grind my oats up so that it is smooth like an oat meal/flour)
1/2 cup of lupin flour (this is not a very popular flour but it is so high in protein and fibre)
1 tps of Baking soda
1/2 tps of Salt
(You can use whole wheat flour and all purpose flour if you prefer. It will raise better too. Mine is dense and moist)
Wet ingredients:
3 Overripe Banana (around 330 grams)
200 g Silken Tofu (firm)
1/4 cup of Almond Milk
3 TBS of coconut oil
1/2 cup of maple syrup (i've only used 1/4 maple syrup)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Put all the wet ingredients in a food processor or blender for about a minute or so!
Then make a well in your dry ingredients and mix it in slowly until it is nicely mixed!
Put it in the oven for 30-35 minutes at 180 degrees celsius, 350 degrees fahrenheit.
That's about it. remember to let it cool down before slicing it up. :D
►A standard chia seed pudding►
1/4 cup of chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk or your preferred milk
1 tps of vanilla extract
some maple syrup if you want some sweetness
cinnamon
That's all! Leave it in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours. That's why it is best to make this at night too.
For the ones that I made here.
I used 1/4 cup of chia seeds for each fruit flavour with 1 cup of milk, for strawberries, I had about 80g of that and I added 3/4 cup of milk instead because it is quite a juicy fruit.
►Carrot cake Overnight Oats►
60g of carrots (i've added heaps, you can add half of that if you're not a fan of carrots)
1 cup of rolled oats
1 1/2 cup of almond milk
Maple syrup (this is optional. I've added 1 TBS)
15 g of raisins (add more if you like it sweeter)
1 tsp of cinnamon powder
1 TBS of chia seeds
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Put it in the fridge overnight. It needs at least 2 hours to set.
