這是第二次有人來局裡問郵資是由對方付費的問題，
我在受訓期間的確是聽到過，但翻開筆記一直找不到（不夠用功），
而我們局裡所有老手卻都沒聽過有這項，
都說郵資一定是寄件人出，沒有收件人出的啦～～
我記得，由收件人付郵資要用到代收貨價單，
理由是，郵差只要看到這紅色的單就知道要向收件人收錢，
所以沒有另外再設計收件人付郵資的單。
請教這裡的前輩，一般國內零星是用L002，
那收件人付郵資是用什麼代號呢？
