Saw these marketed as #油麥菜苗 , so scooped them up. But in fact this is a misnomer/incorrect name because they are actually the highly Seasonal #萵筍菜葉 (Celtuce's Leaves), not Indian Lettuce #油麥菜. Both are highly related in DNA however.. I saw @leonidas_xcii made some too on his IG Story, but obviously his versions are much more sophisticated & professional as a Chef 😄 #腐乳萵筍菜葉
