擺脫生理期腹瀉宿命
不少女生對生理期快將來臨都有預感,因為經期前腹瀉又來了!大便次數增多、質偏軟、甚至一天腹瀉多次,由於每月一次,女生們都習慣了視之為理所當然,其實生理期腹瀉不是必然的,常見原因是肝旺脾虛,肝鬱氣滯增加了脾胃負擔,而導致脾胃功能失常而引起腹瀉。想擺脫生理期必定腹瀉的魔咒,月經期間就要乖乖戒口,避免進食生冷寒涼飲品或食物,月經前三至七天喝有疏肝作用的食材如玫瑰花茶,平常飲食或湯水裡,加入薏米、茯苓、白扁豆等健脾食材,可以幫助健脾並去除身體濕氣。
白朮白芍桂花茶
功效:疏肝健脾。適合壓力大而致的腸鳴、腹脹不適或大便稀爛。
材料:白朮6克、白芍6克、防風6克、桂花2克
做法:材料洗淨,藥材切碎備用。鍋內加入約800毫升水,桂花以外,放入全部材料,武火煮滾後調文火煮20分鐘,把茶連渣倒進保溫瓶,最後加入桂花即可。此茶可反覆沖泡至味淡,建議一星期飲用2-3天,或月經前3-7天開始飲用。
Fight off pre-menstrual diarrhea
Some of you may know your period is coming because of pre-menstrual diarrhea. Your bowel movement increases with frequency, texture is loose, and you may have multiple diarrhea episodes each day. You may accept this monthly condition to be reasonable. However, it is usually caused by malfunction of the spleen and stomach, leading to strong liver qi, asthenic spleen, liver depression and qi stagnation that increases the burden on your digestive system. To fight off pre-menstrual diarrhea, it is important to avoid cold/raw food and drink during your period. Have rose tea 3-7 days before your period to relieve liver stagnation. Add ingredients such as cooked coix seeds, smilax, hyacinth bean in daily food, drink and soup to strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness.
Sweet Osmanthus Tea with Bighead Atractylodes Rhizome and White Peony Root
Effects: Dispels liver stagnation and strengthens the spleen. Suitable for those with stress-induced stomach gurgling, abdominal bloating and loose stool.
Ingredients: 6g Bighead Atractylodes Rhizome, 6g White Peony Root, 6g Root of Fangfeng, 2g Sweet Osmanthus
Preparation: Rinse and cut all ingredients into pieces thoroughly. Aside from sweet osmanthus, combine all ingredients with 800ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Then simmer on low heat for another 20 minutes. Pour the tea with all ingredients into thermos then add in sweet osmanthus. For best results, drink for 2-3 days per week or 3-7 days before your period.
