這款味道很像麥茶,
是嗅覺跟味覺都偏重的
桂花的部份很淡,主要是蕎麥味
我覺得適合在吃得比較油膩後飲用

🔸玫瑰紅棗枸杞茶,每袋10入
這款聞起來是淡淡微甜的香氣
口感很溫潤,會讓人覺得舒緩
紅棗枸杞是女生滋補很好的食材
補氣養顏,適合長時間盯著螢幕的3c族群
無論湯品、甜品或飲品都經常見到
但搭配玫瑰就很稀奇了
玫瑰本身也是幫助理氣活血的
所以會建議生理期時少攝取一點

國寶茶是我去年最愛的茶品
這款添加了紅棗,
讓國寶茶本來的特殊香氣被紅棗給化開了,
無糖但是喝起來也變成微甜
比起一般的國寶茶,味道更豐富
我還是更愛國寶紅茶的原味
但對於不習慣原味的人來說
加了紅棗的甘甜,接受度會提高

薰衣草香最為人熟知的就是紓解壓力幫助入眠
這款茶除了薰衣草之外,
還加了洋甘菊、檸檬草
茶包本身就是個小花園,顏色超可愛的
雖然是助眠茶,但睡前才喝,
很容易半夜起來尿尿啊~
建議跟我一樣,在晚餐之後喝它
🔸洛神玫瑰飲,每袋12入
洛神花是我的愛,
阿嬤跟婆婆都會釀洛神花給我吃
被稱為植物界紅寶石的洛神花功效超多
是好吃又好用(?)的食材
洛神搭配玫瑰以及山楂,泡出來的茶色超美
喝起來會有微微的酸度
是我最喜歡的一款
而且也因為這微酸的口感
就算是夏天套冰塊變成冷飲也會超好喝
🔸紅棗黑糖暖心茶,每盒7包
跟上述的茶有點不同,
這款暖心茶是做成像麥片那樣的小包裝
我不愛甜,對黑糖更是沒有好感
除了for生理期舒緩之外,我是不會碰黑糖的

有黑糖、薑、牛蒡,
把我討厭的東西都湊在一起
然後卻可以弄得很好喝!!!

近來睡得很少,又比平時更難入睡?睡臥不寧,多夢易醒,伴有煩躁易怒,胸脅脹滿,常常嘆氣等,屬於中醫不寐中的肝膽鬱熱型。最近社會氣氛緊張,意見分岐,大家都被負面新聞包圍,身心俱疲,但諷刺地晚上閉上雙眼也不能入眠。怎麼不是越困倦越能睡?肝膽鬱熱型的不寐是由惱怒傷肝,肝氣疏泄功能失調,氣鬱於體內日久而化火;或因為心情不好而喝多了酒、吃多了煎炸油膩重口味食物,溫熱聚於肝膽,蘊積化火。火熱上炎,擾亂神明,神明不能潛藏於心,心神不安,故睡臥不寧,多夢易醒。肝膽氣鬱所以煩躁易怒,胸脅脹滿,身體要透過唉聲嘆氣或放屁來疏導氣鬱。這時候如果被身邊人與事影響,睡前更應放下電話,稍微停止周邊資訊,讓自己身心休息一下。睡前拉拉筋舒展身體,另外解鬱更是調理重點,一杯疏肝理氣的茶療就最適合不過。
簡單睡前一招放鬆拉筋
瑜伽中有一個式子名為「嬰孩式」,大多數在瑜伽練習完畢前又或是較複雜的式子之中進行,以作放鬆身體和心情。式子如其名,像嬰孩在媽媽肚子裡的姿勢,有安心鬆弛的作用,可紓緩肌肉及情緒壓力,改善失眠,不妨在臨睡前在床上做5分鐘吧!
動作:跪在床上坐在腳跟上,臀部緊貼腳跟。上身扒下,雙手可輕放身旁或向前伸展,胸部緊靠大腿,慢慢呼吸。
洋甘菊桂花茶
材料:洋甘菊、桂花、適量蜂蜜(可自行選擇)
做法:將所有材料放入保溫瓶中,以熱水沖洗一次,加入熱水焗約5分鐘至有香氣,待茶變暖就可倒出加入蜂蜜即成。
功效:疏肝解鬱,紓緩精神壓力及鬱悶心情。

A simple stretch to do before sleep
There is a posture in yoga called "Child’s pose", mostly done before the end of a yoga sessjon or in a more complicated posture to relax the body and mind. As the name suggests, like a child in the mother's belly, which can calm the mind, relax your muscles, relieve stress and improve insomnia.
So let’s do this 5 minutes before going to sleep!
Method: Kneel on the bed and sit on your heels, hips should touch your heels. Bend down your upper body forward with hands forward or along the side of your body. Your chest should be on top of your thighs.
Sweet osmanthus tea with chamomile
Ingredients: chamomile, sweet osmanthus, appropriate amounts of honey (You may decide how much to add)
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 5 minutes and add honey to taste when tea is warm.
Effects: relieves mental stress and depression

重陽節又叫做菊花節,因為秋天正是菊花盛開之時,古時的人在重陽有登高避禍、秋遊賞菊的習俗。現代人最常接觸到菊花,可能就是菊花茶,由於現成菊花飲品選擇眾多,令不少人以為菊花茶人人都適合喝,然而從中醫角度來看菊花茶是清熱飲品,菊花屬性寒涼,適合體質有偏熱症狀的人飲用,例如有眼睛乾澀、喉嚨痛、口瘡、暗瘡等症狀,如果身體偏寒的人飲用會寒上加寒,容易出現頭暈不適。另外脾胃虛弱者亦不宜飲用,會加重脾胃負擔,容易出現腹瀉症狀。
菊花一般偏寒涼,有清熱作用,而不同品種的菊花功效上會有差異,可以針對身體出現的症狀,選擇最適合的菊花沖泡:
白菊 — 清肝明目,適合經常熬夜晚睡人士飲用。
黃菊 — 疏散風熱,紓緩目赤及多眼垢等症狀。
野菊花 — 清熱解毒,紓緩皮膚敏感、泛紅、發熱及痕癢等問題。
洋甘菊 — 安神、袪風解表,對於因風熱而起的感冒及風濕疼痛也有舒緩的功效。
沖泡菊花茶注意事項:
- 沖泡前先用熱開水清洗一下,再注入熱水泡10分鐘即可
- 一杯水加入約5-6朵菊花已足夠,太多味道會苦澀
- 想添加甜味,宜加入適量蜂蜜或冰糖
- 菊花茶屬性偏寒涼,不宜每天飲用

Healthy way to have chrysanthemum tea
The Double Yang Festival (the ‘Chong Yang’ festival) is also called the festival of chrysanthemum. This is because during Chong Yang, people in ancient times would avoid travelling to high-altitude places to prevent mishaps. At the same time, the festival occurs during autumn, when the chrysanthemum flowers are blooming. Hence, this has encouraged people to learn to appreciate chrysanthemum during the season.
These days, we are more familiar with chrysanthemum tea. Since it is readily available and has different varieties, many people would think it is suitable for all. From the perspective of Chinese Medicine, chrysanthemum tea can clear heat, and it is cool in nature, suitable for individuals with a heat related body condition, which carries symptoms like dry eyes, sore throat, mouth ulcer and acne.
If individuals with the cold body condition consume it, they might suffer a double blow from the coldness. Chrysanthemum tea is also not suitable for those with a weak spleen and stomach, as it would burden the organs, and can easily cause diarrhea.
Chrysanthemum – cool in nature, can clear heat; different varieties of chrysanthemum vary in effects, so choose the most suitable variety according to the body condition:
White chrysanthemum- clears the liver and improves vision. Suitable for those who have frequent late nights.
Yellow chrysanthemum- dispels wind and heat. Suitable for those with red eyes and eye discharge.
Wild chrysanthemum- clears heat and detoxifies, can relieve skin issues such as allergies, redness, hot and itchy.
Chamomile- cold in nature, mainly used to calm the mind. It can also dispel wind and relieve pain and flu symptoms due to hot wind.
Areas to take note of when making chrysanthemum tea:
- Rinse the flowers in warm water first, then boil it with hot water for 10 minutes
- Add 5 – 6 flowers to make a cup of drink; too many flowers will cause the drink to taste bitter
- Add an appropriate amount of honey or rock sugar to sweeten the drink, if necessary
- Chrysanthemum tea is cool in nature, not suitable for daily consumption
