可能因為想念泰國的陽光吧！濕濕冷冷的冬天特別想吃泰國料理，有人跟我一樣嗎？
之前聽說在紐約摘下米其林一星的Somtum Der頌丹樂要在台北開店，就好想來吃吃看，終於吃到了，感謝頌丹樂的邀請。
每一道菜都好道地，完全是在泰國當地吃到的味道，酸、甜、辣的層次分明，每一口都是濃厚的泰國味，搭配的泰國米也煮得超剛好，一解我的泰國相思病。
吃到一半注意到店員在吧檯磨香料，難怪餐點入口的香氣比去東南亞商店買的乾香料濃郁許多。
特別推薦頌丹樂秘醬烤豬排奶香糯米串，松阪豬外面烤得香脆，完美的梅納反應，入口卻相當多汁，搭配的奶香糯米串也是經典的伊善料理，非常特別的味道，要不是我在戒澱粉，絕對再叫一份。
甜點椰奶泡泡圓中的芋圓是店家自製的，從來沒有想到我此生吃到最好吃的芋圓，居然會是在泰國餐廳吃到。

There are a total of 16 indigenous tribes in Taiwan.
