「老梅綠石槽」的海藻摸起來好像馬毛喔！
說真的，台灣有好多好美的地方，而且開車就可以到了！哇～～還有很多地方我都還沒去過呢！台灣其實就玩不完了耶！

第一次來到老梅，特地上網查了一下綠石槽的由來，跟大家分享一下～

「位於北海岸石門區老梅里的綠石槽海岸，為全台唯一特殊景觀，美不勝收。「綠石槽」在地理名詞中，應稱為「潮溝」或「海蝕溝」，這些排列整齊的石槽，是由於大屯火山爆發後，遺留海岸邊的火山礁岩，在波浪長期的沖刷下，質地鬆軟的部份被侵蝕，留下較堅硬的部份而形成溝槽。
這種特殊的「石槽」地形景觀，在冬季東北季風盛行時，浪花滋潤了石槽的岩面，也開始滋生「石蓴」、「裂片石蓴」和「扁石髮」等綠色的海藻，等到四月份東北季風漸歇，石槽就長滿了一大片綠色的海藻，也形成令人驚嘆不已的「綠石槽」海岸景觀。
綠石槽只出現在四、五月份，隨後海藻就在夏日陽光的曝曬下而消失，這段短暫而美麗的季節中，經常吸引來自全台各地的專業攝影師來此捕捉美景及拍攝婚紗照。
北觀處同時提醒民眾，綠石槽在遊客的踩踏下已面臨生存危機，所以希望遊客能留在沙灘上觀賞就好，不要踩到綠石槽的範圍，尤其綠石槽上方相當滑溜危險，踩踏上方萬一滑倒受傷，那就得不償失了。遊客前往當地拍照，需先上氣象局網站查詢每日石門地區的乾潮時間，才不致因海水漲潮淹沒石槽，而無法捕捉綠色海岸的美景。」

March 18 - The leaders of the 50PLUS party and the Forum for Democracy, Henk Krol and Thierry Beaudet, stated that Taiwan has provided a successful model. Independent Dutch MP Wybren van Haga stated that Taiwan has been testing on a large scale and enforcing home quarantines, successful measures in curbing the epidemic and asked why the Netherlands wasn't learning from their example.

1.全球疫情不斷升溫，原本被世界公認為防疫模範生之一的越南，昨日觀光聖地峴港新增8人確診，首都河內也傳1人染疫，越南峴港上週傳出疫情爆發消息，短短四天內就有20多人確診，看到防疫有成的越南現在也面臨疫情爆發的危險，台灣真的不能大意。

2.台灣7月以來已經有20例境外移入病例，有醫師憂心，面對周邊國家疫情大海嘯，只要還有人入境，台灣不可能置身事外，但是看著國人口罩配戴情況持續鬆懈，很是悲觀。阿中部長今日表示，現在外在形式比當時還要嚴峻，邊境上短期不會再放寬，持續觀察世界各國發展再做決定。

3.香港正面臨新一波武漢肺炎疾病疫情蹂躪，這一波疫情來得又急又嚴峻，不到一個月內就新增1679例確診。港人既不能正常生活，也要驚懼地處處提防，擔心感染病毒。

4.由於美國多州急著重啟經濟、過早開放，讓一度控制的疫情從6月起大幅攀升，根據約翰霍普金斯大學統計，全美至今已累計457萬人確診、15萬人病歿。另外據路透社統計，美國不僅新增確診連連上升，連死亡人數也不例外，29日不僅創下2個月以來單日死亡新高，更創下平均每分鐘就有一人因病毒而往生的紀錄。

5.日本昨日境內單日就有1,264人染疫，其中位於東北部、面積僅次於北海道的岩手縣，撐了半年「嘉玲」後，於昨日宣告失守，岩手縣政府證實當天驗得2名確診病例，分別為30多歲及40多歲的男性。東京昨日再新增250例，已連續2天破200例、連續21天破百例，染疫人數增加之迅速，使東京在本月已累計破萬人染疫。東京都知事小池百合子直言「這已經是日本的第二波疫情了。

6.印度肺炎疫情不斷爆衝，累積確診案例一口氣突破160萬人，最新研究顯示，印度孟買的眾多貧民窟裡，可能已有高達50%以上的居民感染武漢肺炎，而且交叉群聚感染的風險比其他地區高出許多倍，印度目前已累積3.5萬人死於武漢肺炎。印度政府下令地鐵、電影院、游泳池、酒吧等全暫不開放。所有學校將關閉至 8 月 31 日。

7.澳洲週四公布新增716例武漢病毒確診病例、創歷史新高，超越3月22日所寫下的537例舊紀錄；7日均值也升至史上最高的427例。澳洲線上、電話、現場餐廳訂位人數年跌41.41%，降幅低於全球平均值(年減57.6%)。昆士蘭省省長宣布，週六上午1點起、所有大雪梨地區居民都不准進入昆省。雪梨三所學校以及一所托兒所因疫情因素而關閉。墨爾本自7月22日起實施口罩令，當地居民外出時必須戴上口罩、違者將會收到200澳元的罰單。

8.西班牙疫情再起，西班牙第二大人口區加泰隆尼亞，也成為感染最嚴重的地區，過去2個星期，新增感染數超過1萬人，累積感染人數突破7萬5千人。西班牙巴塞隆納夜晚的街頭，現在到處都有警察巡邏，禁止民眾聚在一起喝酒取樂；一旦發現有群聚的狀況，警察可以當場開罰，最高罰款為1萬5千歐元，相當於台幣52萬。

9.武漢肺炎疫情持續，美洲疫情令人憂慮，歐洲如西班牙等國疫情也再現緊張趨勢，亞洲國家如日本、南韓病例起伏不斷，作為疫病源頭的中國也再爆集體感染；對此，世界衛生組織（WHO）昨日提出警告，呼籲武漢肺炎和有明顯季節趨勢的流感病毒大不相同，切勿因季節變換而輕忽防疫。

以前出國總是會很大聲的喊「我來自台灣」，以後出國我更會大聲且驕傲的喊「我是台灣人，我來自台灣」！！

這次來到的是位於台東縣的達仁鄉。台東達仁鄉是南迴公路最高點，是單車的愛好者必定會挑戰的關卡，也是台灣本島東部與西部之間來往要塞。也因為它百分之九十以上的丘陵山坡地，再加上又是熱帶季風林，所以有著非常不同於一般的生態樣貌。

1.梭德氏棘蛛：梭德氏棘蛛是由一位叫梭德的外國人所命名。其腹部兩側尖尖的棘刺，和鮮黃的顏色是牠最明顯的辨識特徵。外形像螃蟹的梭德氏棘蛛，不同於一般人對蜘蛛用嘴吐絲的想像，牠們是靠著腹部後端突起的絲疣來產生絲線。若在顯微鏡下將絲疣放大檢視，可以看見有許多突出的吐絲管。且不同的吐絲管可以吐出不同功能的絲線。

2.大黑豔蟲：大黑豔蟲跟鍬形蟲外型非常相像，但最大的差別在於大黑艷蟲的觸角是像刷子一樣觸角，而鍬形蟲的觸角則是兩段式的L字型。大黑豔蟲通常終其一生都會跟幼蟲一起生活在腐木堆中，只有春夏季節時，因為木頭即將食用完畢，牠們才會出來尋找新的、可利用的木頭。大黑豔蟲遇到危險時會散發一股像燒塑膠的味道以嚇退天敵。

3.三色刺蛾幼蟲：三色刺蛾雖然在野外很容易遇到，但牠們是台灣特有種。三色蛾幼蟲體色有紅、橙、黃、綠、藍、靛、紫七種顏色，十分鮮艷，是做為警示色的代表。身上有枝刺、叢刺和毒毛，觸及皮膚立即發生紅腫，產生像是被電到一樣的疼痛感。因此三色刺蛾的別名又叫做洋辣子、火辣子或刺毛蟲。

4.長尾鞭蠍：長尾鞭蠍是夜行性昆蟲為食，體長約2.5~3 cm（不包括尾鞭），體色為黑色，身體分為頭胸部與腹部兩部，身體第二節的螯鉗，可夾捕獵物。又名醋酸蟲、雷達蠍。跟一般毒蠍不一樣，鞭蠍是沒有毒針的，牠的尾部是鞭狀的，只會分泌醋酸，會抬高尾端往敵人方向噴出刺鼻的醋酸液，或利用尾鞭攻擊敵人。分布於平地、低海拔山區，棲身在地面縫隙、石頭下、有落葉或腐木的土壤中。

5.花狹口蛙：花狹口蛙又名亞洲錦蛙，是台灣地區的外來種。花狹口蛙原產地為泰國、馬來西亞、新加坡等地。之所以擴散到台灣的確切原因，一說可能是因國內有寵物店自外國進口花狹口蛙，所以野外有棄養或脫逃的寵物蛙；但也研究者認為有可能是隨著進口木材而來到台灣。花狹口蛙為夜行性，草地、森林中之潮濕處都能是牠們的棲身之地；常躲藏在自己於地面上所挖掘的洞中，或者躲在石頭下方。

6.白條天牛：白條天牛屬於鞘翅目天牛科。體長約47 ~ 60mm，體色基底為灰黑色，因為體側有一整條的白色的條狀花紋的特徵而得名。白條天牛喜歡生活在中海拔山區森林，只有在夏天長大成蟲十才有可能觀察得到牠們。成蟲具趨光性，在夜晚的燈光下偶而可以看見牠們的身影。

另外，這件事已講過一次，但最近一張相片捲起千重浪。那個三歲的小朋友艾倫在海灘死去的相。這個小朋友實在太可愛了。在那裏溺死了，很多人都把這相改圖，放在歐洲議會中間，意即歐洲議會要為這件事負責。有些人也改了很多特別的圖，讓他上天堂。

這件事令我想再講難民的問題。難民越過了他們不想到的地方，由敘利亞去到土耳其，再去希臘。其實希臘原則上不應該放他們前行，穿過希臘便去到匈牙利，可以進入西歐。全世界都在怪責歐洲沒有好好對待難民﹐其實指的是，難民一踏入歐盟的境界的時候，要前期防衛，不要讓他們坐船或者走一些冒險的路，否則中途會死傷很多，這已經是一個人道災難。要把防衛線放在前線截停他們。否則便出現在車上焗死人或者在海中溺死。找到這班人，然後要安頓他們，這就是人道原則。有人問為何不講普世價值，這就是普世價值。不可以讓他們在途中慘死或給人虐待。然後歐盟的政策是分這些人是難民還是經濟移民。這取決於他的國家有沒有危險。基本上，敘利亞大約有一二百萬人走出，而那是不能叫他們回去，因為IS和阿薩德交火，實在太危險。利比亞的人便要看他來自的地區，而阿富汗也很難要他們回去。如果那個人回去是有危險，就不能要他們回去，要收留他們。這就是人道精神。如果因為窮而走來的，那是另一件事，是經濟移民。經濟移民多數是給予一點援助便遣送回去。因為一旦接受經濟移民，全世界都會湧到美國和德國。這些精神是近代普世價值的重要支柱。其實那是來自人性。在1960年，大飢荒的時候，大陸人來香港是漫山遍野，而英軍捉走他們，要遣散回大陸，有香港人是睡在車前面，阻止英軍遣送他們回去。因為知道他們回去便會餓死。這是做人的基本的條件，否則不是人。大部分本土派的立場都不是人。

當日越南船民也是如何此。今日香港有不少南亞裔人，也是無可奈何。因為有酷刑呈請，他們回去有機會會受酷刑對待。那要查清楚他們回去會不會有酷刑才能夠遣返。所以他們留在香港。因為香港不會養他，要讓他們在港工作。甚麼國家是完全不理會，就是中國完全不理會的。北韓那些人去到中國，是無條件地趕走，結果回去受到酷刑對付，生命非常危險。泰國也是不理，把百多個維吾爾族人趕回中國，明知他們會受到嚴厲的對付。最新泰國爆炸事件應該是有關係，但泰國政府不肯承認。雖然這未能證實，但其他可能性不合理。我覺得整件事是因為報仇這樣對維吾爾族人。

辣椒工房，開宗明義賣辣椒，招牌貨就是三款香港磨製的辣椒粉，原味、海鮮及蒜味，出品人就是視辣椒為宗教的Alex。

「為甚麼喜歡吃辣？」Alex一聽到這問題，就開始大笑起來：「很多朋友都曾問我這問題，亦以為我是四川人，其實不是，但吃辣是我從小到大的味覺。」他吃辣，更吃出點滴心得：「某家知名米線店，很多嗜辣的，都點大辣特辣，其實該店有款以花椒、辣椒炒的辣椒油，特別香特別麻，你要問姐姐拿，她們才會拿出來的，加入湯底中，更加過癮。」

走遍世界尋辣椒
Alex之所以決定自家磨辣椒粉，全基於一次可怕經驗。「我非常喜歡吃雲吞麵。」笑稱自己是雲吞麵控的Alex，仍然記得那次：「當時我吃完後就會拍照 ，預備放上網記錄 ，卻看見有小強 ，蝶蛙背四式在辣椒油內游走。」讓他領悟一件以往沒有想到的事實：「其實市面辣油 ，真的無法控制質素，辣椒醬到底有沒有其他動物接觸過呢﹖它放了多久呢？」


就因為如此，14歲已入行當燒味廚師，後來任職鐵板燒師傅、的士高，又曾開過日本餐廳、串燒店、雞煲店的Alex，就開始研究辣椒粉之旅。「香港其實沒有很辣的辣椒，最了不起就是泰國小米椒，印度鬼椒，但其實都不夠辣香。」Alex滿臉認真地說：「所以我2年前開始，四圍去試辣椒。」

對於辣椒，Alex可以全情投入。自言讀書不成的他，卻打開歷史書，研究辣椒傳入中國的來龍去脈。又去了台灣宜蘭，和辣椒文創館的館長探討辣椒生態，又走訪多個以辣聞名的地區，如去了成都6天，見識了4個維園大的辣椒交易所；飛往墨西哥邊境，親嘗辣椒始創地的出品；在水牛城，嘗遍知名的水牛城雞翼；甚至找朋友入口了極少見的非洲辣椒。

連洗澡都要小心
到手各國辣椒後，Alex又花了半年時間，探討出最完美的辣椒粉配方。「一有新貨到，都要試驗如何處理，才能有最好的辣香，要炒？要烘？要炸？」最後磨粉後，才放進口中試食，以舌頭去組合不同辣椒的變化，最後成就這種燃燒了整個口腔，令每個味蕾都在逃命，辣得灼燙的獨有滋味。


「每款辣椒的效果都不一樣。」Alex對各種辣椒，有自己一套心得：「一些很溫柔 ，長情 ，很持久，有些很霸道，也有爆炸性十足，遇過很香，但不辣的。」更有些，要小心處理：「美國卡羅納辣椒，辣度是200萬度不能就這樣吃。真的辣得，我放進口試，胃痛了三天。」

磨粉過程，更得小心翼翼：「要戴3M眼罩，口罩。」人人都知道，處理辣椒時，去洗手間要小心，但令Alex意想不到的危險時刻，竟是回家洗澡時：「 因為一洗澡 ，你猜不到 ，辣粉從眉毛 ，流進眼中，嘩！」

全辣宴
現時Alex的辣椒粉，就在自家餐廳及友好餐廳，以及指定超市有售。而在他以飛機為裝修主題的餐廳內，除了常見的歐陸菜式如意粉、牛扒等，還有一個全．辣．椒餐牌，「香檳泡椒鳳爪，SHAKE SHAKE辣炸物，辣凍湯，也有雪糕、曲奇、啤酒等，都以我的辣椒粉來調味。」

從頭盤到甜品，從小食到飲品，辣椒都滲進每一角落，愛辣迷一定要來朝聖。而即使不進餐廳，灑一點特製辣椒粉在尋常菜式上，也會令平板得如同地平線的生活，爆發出火山似的熱情﹗
