* 進入開刀房準備動手術那一天，我戴著新墨鏡、口罩，亮紫頭髮，推入候術室。準備開刀的病人一長串，大概百來位，有些已病重到睜不開眼，有些看到我，高興地打招呼。依據規定，

開刀前要核對身分，問幾個制式問題，包括了解你是否意識清楚。那是一個開放大空間，護士問：「妳叫什麼名字？」「陳文茜。」居然有準備開刀的病患在旁鼓掌。「你的性別是？」「目前是女的，想當男的，尚未成功。」護士開始笑。「年齡？」「國家機密。」「身高體重？」「哇，宇宙機密。」笑聲傳遍候術房。

真的推入開刀房，躺在手術台上，眼前斗大的燈，有點工藝風，開刀團隊準備下針了，想起台灣這麼壞的重症科醫療環境，健保給付那麼少，資源分配受各界利益左右，外科醫師簡直是不要命的行業：卻仍有那麼多了不起的重症科醫師，一直努力，出國研習，一天開刀十二小時。他們把人生及青春，全部奉獻病患。

在他們無私的照顧下，我們用他們的生命，換來自己疾病可以改善，活得長一點。於是打下麻醉劑及插管前，我趕緊先向他們致意，用我盡可能最感激的聲音告訴他們：「謝謝你們堅守崗位，謝謝你們奉獻一生。」然後才在麻醉劑下昏迷過去。—陳文茜《終於，還是愛了》

疾病的世界𥚃，根本沒有你逃避的空間，只要一口氣在，找到正確的醫療，就該快樂地走下去。

生活中有一些事確實沉重，但你可以讓它變得輕一點。

我年輕過，未曾落魄過，對於生活，雖然談不上一往情深：但疾病是我一生最熟悉的朋友，它經常以不同的面貌探訪我。我不必舉杯與它痛飲，但從不大驚小怪。
關於死神，我已經和它拔河了好幾回：有一天，它必然會征服我，但我知道，不是現在。

醫院第一時間通知我得肺腺癌當天，我的車子剛剛駛出醫院大門口。由於腫瘤的形狀、大小、長大的速度，看片子的醫生當場即判斷99%是肺腺癌。我在健康檢查中心時，他們面對我，不忍當面直說；直到他們找到了我熟識的院長以電話趕緊通知我就醫，記得電話那頭沉沉又遺憾的口吻：「文茜，你和楊泮池熟吧？你的肺⋯⋯唉！趕緊把圖片傳給他，麻煩他照顧你。」我回：「哦，謝了！」掛上電話，記得我是笑笑地立即撥打電話給楊前校長：「抱歉，校長，不好意思，這次是我自己有事要麻煩你了。」

之後，我想了一下，快開刀了，開刀是醫生的事，交給醫院：但住病房要美美的，是我的事。當場即車行美容院去剪頭髮，告訴他們，我要住院開刀了！「什麼病？」「肺腺癌。」，她們認識我十多年了，當場說不出話，我催他們趕緊剪個好整理的頭髮，而且要用護髮染，染成紫色，這樣住在病房時臉色才會顯得紅潤可愛。美容院熟悉我的老闆盯著我，以為我那一根神經接錯了。我也沒浪費時間，中間趕緊聯絡聘請特別護士，好譲家人放心。

剪染髮之後，先到晶華酒店地下室Anne Fontaine專櫃，宣告這次我要開刀，不只需要寛大白襯衫，還要墨鏡，愈Cool愈好。又轉到夏姿買了一件蘇繡披風，想到自己躺病床上，一定得搖曳生姿。—陳文茜《終於，還是愛了》

*人生的後半部分，猶如一曲交響樂的後半段，比起前半部分減少了上揚、高亢，卻包含了更多柔軟、回音，和平靜。

到了老年，人就會知道，這個世界本來就沒有什麼絕對的幸福。

Well, just like Egan, baby Dylan didn’t want to come out and he was born after his due date. Of course, due dates are just general dates used for us to take into consideration so don’t be surprised if your baby doesn’t arrive on that day. I read somewhere that the odds of being born on your due date are less than 5%!
就像哥哥一樣，Dylan超過預產期都還沒要出來。寶寶還是住的太舒服了吧，感覺沒有要退房的意思。 不過，預產期當然只是參考用的。 聽說只有5%的寶寶是真的在預產期那天生出來，所以不要太介意或是擔心！

We tried all of the old tricks in the book to “induce naturally.” - not all at the same time, mind you. That, I don’t think is recommended by doctors.

Taiwan is not a part of the World Health Assembly as it is not recognised as being an independent country under the One-China policy. Browne said the ambassador has mentioned some of the measures that Taiwan has taken, some of which he believes will work in the Vincentian context while others may not.

March 16 - Former foreign minister, Giulio Terzi: "Taiwan potrebber esser stato primo Paese a comunicare alla OMS che coronavirus COVID19 si stava trasmettendo da uomo a uomo.Molto prima che Cina e OMS lo ammettessero. Ovviamente, per volere Pechino, Taipei subisce esclusione da OMS da due anni." (Taiwan may have been the first country to report to WHO that coronavirus COVID19 was spreading from amongst humans, long before China and WHO admitted it. Obviously, at the behest of Beijing, Taipei has been excluded from WHO for two years.)

第一次到日本的湯河原～ 住了一家很特別的日本溫泉旅館！很幸運收到這件日本旅館的邀請去做體驗～希望有把旅館的原本的樣子給你們看到～溫泉很舒服～ 這家溫泉旅館的感覺很cool xD 很不想太傳統的旅館。有點傳統現代綜合的感覺。然後內裝很漂亮～ 因為要拍溫泉，這次拍攝尺度稍稍大了一下，不好意思傷大家眼鏡啦xD
