這個圖表實在太精采了必須分享。

以年紀來劃分這次英國人的脫歐決定，18-24歲的年輕人是最主要支持英國留在歐盟的族群。接著，支持度就隨著就年紀升高而遞減。

這樣的世代認知差異，有一派分析說是年輕族群更懂得多方去消化資訊、思考脫歐可能為英國、為全球未來帶來的各種後果；還有，他們基本上一出生就活在一個歐洲共同體的世界觀。

相反，老一代的邏輯思維、決策方式，則是希望''脫歐''帶回他們記憶中英國的''美好年代''；戰後嬰兒潮（51~71歲）對二戰的沒有太多真實的記憶，只有戰後經濟復甦、工業發展、到歐盟建立、全球化加劇與新移民衝擊...

這幾年的世界上發生的幾件大事，怎麼突然都覺得有好多的共通點。

理解脫歐公投的結果，單用「世代」、「年齡」絕對過於簡化，僅能算是眾多變數之一。

節錄他的觀察分析：

''簡單用年紀分層無法解釋為何到青中壯年的24-49(勞動力的中堅)支持留歐的比率急降，15-24這個年齡段已經認同自己是歐盟公民，且享受留在歐盟的諸多好處，比如說移動自由，以及學歷互相承認。這次公投有很多科學家跳出來講話，很大原因是現在英國大學大筆的科研經費多半來自歐盟，若離開歐盟，這些大學(很多是知名的大學如牛津劍橋)會喪失這些經費，就不能開展一些重要的研究、搶好教授、好研究人員、好博士生。對教育影響深遠，對大學生來說(特別是自然科學類)，這代表他們再往上念的可能性也變低，因為英國大學學費非常昂貴(本地生9000鎊，相當於45萬台幣的學費，這已經占掉大學畢業生"稅前"薪資的一半了，研究所也準備上調了，生活費另計)，沒有獎學金，他們幾乎不會考慮深造。

到24-49這個年紀段，踏入職場後，教育帶來的優勢差很多，受過大學教育，特別是名校者，有很大的機率進到大公司，對他們來說，歐盟所應許的工作與自由移動很重要，這代表他們的工作地點不只英國，他們可以到歐陸的國際組織找工作(國際組織很多都很看重求職者的工作簽好不好處理)。

但對高中畢業或非常後段的大學畢業者來說，他們基本上只能在英國找工作，面臨歐洲移民和他們搶工作，例如波蘭，葡萄牙等這些來自經濟相對弱勢的中東南歐國民(白人居多)(這些國家不少經濟不比台灣差，只是比英國差:P，英國是一個三明治120元起跳的國家)，這些人對薪水或工作條件的要求較英國本地人低，一方面是為求溫飽，另一方面是不若英國本地人懂得爭取權利，所以很多中低階工作(看起來)被這些國家的人搶走了。說中低階工作其實也有點過分，因為目前外籍人士最多的工作中就包括護士與中小學教師，這些都是英國本地人興趣缺缺的工作，但薪水都不算太糟。--看看離歐和留歐票倉就可以知道─牛津劍橋倫敦這種經濟與教育精英希望留歐，劍橋投留歐比例高達70%，一個劍橋經濟碩士畢業在即的英國學生就告訴我，這次公投決定他畢業後的工作，所有的大銀行都在選前停止(早該在年初就開始的)招聘工作，如果確定留歐，他很快就能拿到offer，畢竟是劍橋畢業生，但如果確定脫歐，那這些銀行今年就不會招新人了，因為可能會轉移陣地，以因應英國脫離歐洲市場的效應。但對教育不利者來說─沒差，或許他們因此獲利，因為沒人和他們搶工作，中小企業也有比較高的脫歐率，因為它們不用受限於歐盟對商業相關的規定，且國家可以透過關稅壁壘讓中小企業欣欣向榮(?)。

此外，這次公投中有投票權的不只是英國人，還有符合部分條件的永久居民、common wealth(含紐西蘭、加拿大、南非、新加坡、澳洲等英國前殖民地國家)國家可以投票，其中common wealth是個比較特殊的存在，他們是外國人，不像歐盟人民享有免工作簽的待遇，但是有權力決定英國是否要脫歐，而且就像我一個common wealth朋友說的，投脫歐很吸引人，因為這樣歐洲人就和它們站在同一個起跑點上，但common wealth很多人英文比歐洲人好很多，甚至母語就是英語，拉下歐洲人之後，他們確實有比較大的勝算找到好工作申請工作簽留下來。如果不了解這些，貿貿然套台灣思維模式，會誤讀整個歷史事件。''

看到兩篇調查網友是否同意我對台灣在人工智慧領域發展的意見。我來澄清一下我的觀點：
1）若想在人工智慧扮演一席之地，有幾個方法：擁有最領先的技術或專家（美國、中國大陸、加拿大、英國），做最有意義的政府補助和聚合工作（中國大陸、英國、加拿大），用最高薪水吸引專家（中國大陸、加拿大、新加坡），擁有最大的用戶基數，因為人工智慧需要大量的數據（中國大陸、印度），或者特別開放甚至大膽的政策（如新加坡開放無人駕駛）。這幾點台灣都明顯落後。

2）人工智慧如果靠大公司，那麼台積電、鴻海、聯發科各自有一些機會做人工智能硬體方面的工作，因為各自有全球性獨特優勢（但是這些並不是最主流或最掙錢的人工智慧）。其它大公司會比較難。

3）人工智慧如果靠創業公司，那麼必須要有完善的創投體系，良性的政策，大量的數據，有大市場經驗和視野的創業者，還要高薪留住或吸引人才。這幾方面台灣都很困難，我過去幾年也給出了不少建議，但是似乎都沒有辦法落實。

4）ICT高科技朝代迭代是快速的，有週期，有連續性的。從半導體->PC->軟體->Internet->社交->行動->大數據->AI，每個時代的領跑者在下一個時代都有優勢（若錯過，就很難補課；錯過越多，越難補課）。很不幸，台灣從PC時代之後就基本缺席，錯過五個朝代再來追趕會特別困難，需要在多方面都有突破（技術+政策+人才引入+投資生態+市場認知+甚至運氣）。這點我每年在遠見峰會都有分享。

5）人工智慧短期最大的機會是金融界，在銀行業務方面台灣政策落後（如：第三方支付），銀行業保守，市場又小，所以基本沒有機會。保險、股市方面沒有那麼嚴重，但是也沒有優勢。（美國中國大陸都好多這方面獨角獸了）

6）人工智慧長期最大的機會是無人駕駛，但是交通部看來並沒有美國、大陸、新加坡地方政府推動技術，嘗試技術的決心（比如說處理共享經濟的開放度）。而且這類創業需要特別大的投資額度，需要多方面的頂級人才（台灣很難湊齊團隊），所以也不容樂觀。

7）在人工智慧技術上無法領跑全球，不代表不可以在應用層面上獲取價值，比如說醫院打通數據，最先引入國外人工智慧工具，得到最高治愈率，用國外的人工智慧技術做基因排序、或精準癌症治療等技術。台大、和信在這方面都有機會。如果大家都在應用方面多想想，應該還有很多其它的機會。

8）我能看到台灣最大的優勢就是在“有愛的服務業”，因為當人工智慧取代50%人類工作，失業的人類最大的希望就是去做人工智慧不能做的事情，也就是“有愛的服務業”（有人情味的商店、美食、溫泉、導遊、小確幸生活）。這點很多人忽略，因為不是”高科技“。但是對未來世界的和諧發展，是極其重要的。

當趨勢來臨的時候，與其去做自己不擅長而且不太可能成功的事情，不如知己知彼，知道自己在哪裡有優勢，知道人工智慧能做不能做什麼，找到發揮自己優勢的機會。

看到調查結果，許多網民是這麼回復的： “+1，我們可以成為人工智慧領跑者”。我相信，他們這麼說肯定是基於愛台灣。

愛台灣，有不同的方法。我選擇根據自己37年人工智慧實戰經驗、說實話，給出可行建議。你呢？

九七後，香港人又再經歷移民潮。上周二，港版國安法正式生效，大家茶餘飯後討論的，是各式各樣的移民方法。技術移民如機械及水電工程等一向是加分行業，記者今日實試坊間相關課程，由這些行業窺探出移民可能性。
橫掃各大論壇，最多人談論必是水電工人。在香港，水電工人屬藍領行業，但Smart2Go.hk首席移民顧問余偉龍說，工人在外國不叫藍領，而是金領。的確，香港水電技工平均每月收入約2.2萬港元，與外國稅前收入比較，如新西蘭（約4.4萬港元）、澳洲（3.7萬港元）、加拿大（3.4萬港元）相比，做水電工人，似乎外國待遇更好，「有時候甚至比一般白領人工更好！」
