隨著年紀增長,膝關節受到的磨損也漸漸增多,骨科門診病例中非常大宗的「膝關節炎」到底該如何緩解呢?
澄清醫院中港分院復健治療部主任蔡永裕建議,面臨膝關節炎時,應避免屈膝久坐、避免坐矮椅子、或是盤腿等動作;而睡覺時可在膝下放置一個枕頭來舒緩不適。
另外,一些簡單的伸展運動也能保護膝關節,避免過度磨損。
