國中最喜歡的一首歌 Hero，二十幾年後的現在聽還是很有感覺，完全懂得了歌詞的意境，也似乎跟瑜伽有那麼一點關連 ： 向內看，向自己尋找，你其實就是自己的 super hero ，那個super hero 不是有超能力的具象形體，而是最真實的自己 💪
My favorite song Hero seems to reflect the same principles that yoga teaches us. Look inside and search inside, the hero may not be seen as a figure with super power, but the truly real you who gives strength, peace, love and anything you would need to live in this world.
