半茶匙砂糖
兩茶匙麻油

600g Pork Shoulder (5:1 lean:fat ratio)
6 Shiitake mushroom
600g Shrimps
2 Conpoy
300g Wonton wrappers
1tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ground pepper
2tbsp Starch
1/2tsp Chicken powder
1/2tsp Sugar
2tsp Sesame oil
