Youtube觀眾年齡層小是外國YouTuber經常笑對方的事. 聖結石見面會大多支持者也是小學生, 這應該是 “打臉”. 其實大多數18歲以下的人開帳號也會填自己是成人. [結論] 大部分粉絲長大對他影片不感興趣加上沒有再一日一片就是一般人認為他 “過氣” 的解釋吧! 所以這就是結果: 要在Youtube 維持事業就是不停不停每天沒感受的做同一樣東西? 其實是相反,一個字: diversify. 近日聖結石頻道可以看到 ‘聖J10’ 第二遊戲頻道, ‘聖氏夫婦與外星人’ 懸疑頻道. 最近還開始 ‘聖結實話實說’ podcast. 非常不錯. 其實有沒有diversify不是他的問題, 之前他也有做品牌, 做歌之類的.

他的問題跟我之前舊英文頻道一樣: entitlement. 得一想二, 以為自己理所當然應該有那些view數. 求其拍也有人看. 給人批評沒有內容, 剪掉草率也ok.
我小時候頻道不是什麼. 破了十萬訂閱開始就想發展其他業務. 容易想像破百萬那種心情是怎樣.
其實這源自於我當時拍片的初心是為了證明自己給別人看. 證後然後I don’t know what to chase. 也有觀念是你得到了後, 會有巨人申出woon手捧一捧你, 就亡記一直在捧你的一雙手,一隻是你們, 另一隻是自己...
