Few days ago, I was in a bar , and I heard that several freelancers always felt that they did not make enough money. They always asked who had a high salary and stability. They might as well go to sell chicken chops ,really?
I have a friend who had the experience of setting up a chicken chops dining car. The cost of a chicken chops dining car is not high. If you selling in the right timing and the right location , you can earning money really fast ,but sometimes the police came and got kicked out. If he didn’t prepare the ingredients the day before, there was nothing to sell the next day. If things could n’t be sold and they could n’t be put away for a long time, than he have to throw it .
Friends who are directors in big companies or enterprises ,they usually work overtime very late in the company. Their salaries are stable and high, but they are really traded for time and energy.
On the other hand, freelancers are not stable than office workers , but many freelancers have forgotten to count freedom as their income. In addition to money, of course, you also get flexible time, freedom, and life. Compared to office workers who are tied up for a fixed time, these added values are the best interests of freelancers . On the bed, at the dining table, at the coffee shop, by the sea, what they get is that they can work where they like, and they can flexibly arrange their time. As long as you sit at the scheduled time or finish things at the scheduled time, you can also arrange your holidays and laziness when you are not inspired or do not want to do things. If this month is too busy,you can arrange it to the next month, these are obtained by freelancers in addition to money, so stop saying if you making less money, you better to sell chicken chops. 前陣子在某個活動上聽到一些自由工作者們總覺得自己賺的錢不夠，總是嚷嚷著誰薪水高又穩定，自己不如去校門口賣雞排或是賣滷味算了，還比較好賺，真的嗎？
就以往有朋友開設雞排餐車的經驗，雞排餐車的成本不高，抓對時間和地點的話，賺錢的速度的確是非常驚人的，但他得在對的時間跟對的地點賣對的東西，偶爾有警察來還要被趕，他無法休息，前一天沒有備料，隔天就是沒東西賣，東西賣不完又不能久放，天氣不好一天不出門賣就是沒錢賺，我身邊一些在大公司或是企業擔任主管級的朋友們，其實也是常常在公司加班到非常晚，他們的薪水穩定，賺的也多，但真的都是用時間跟體力換來的。
反觀自由工作者，雖然短期利潤不一定比上班族或是攤商多和穩定，但有許多自由工作者都忘了把自由這件事情算在自己的所得裡。除了錢之外，得到的當然還有彈性的時間，自由，以及生活，比起被固定時間綁住的工作者或是上班族來說，這些附加價值才是自由工作者的最大利益。一台筆電或是一隻手機在床上，在餐桌上，在咖啡廳，在海邊，他們得到的是能在自己喜歡的地方工作，也能彈性的安排時間，不需要幾點就到那裡擺攤，也不需要幾點就上班，只要在約好的時間出現開會或是在預定的時間內把東西完成，偶爾沒有靈感或不想做事的時候還可以自己安排假期懶惰一下，這個月的案子太滿就推掉或是往後排到下個月，這些都是自由工作者在金錢之外所獲得的，所以不要再說錢賺得少所以要去賣雞排的這種話了，賣雞排也沒有比較簡單，如果你願意犧牲掉你的自由，那你去賣任何東西都會是賺錢的，自由是換來的，要在工作者前面加上自由這兩個字，本來就必須了解自己的風險。
