Who is Toon Bodyslam
Why do you have to invest from Betong to Mae Sai District?
55 days and 2,191 km distance
To ask for donations of 10 baht each from 70 million Thai people for 11 center hospitals.
Why does it have to be a Toon Bodyslam and Toon Bodyslam?
Toon or Mr. Sunwarah Khongmalai, born and raised in Suphan Buri, graduated at Suan Kulalongkorn school and graduated from Chulalongkorn University.
Toon won the award from the Hotwave Music Award contest, so he signed the first music bugs camp and released the first set of the name and later set up a new band named Bodyslam.
Toon, in addition to being a rock singer, there is also a sports talent, participating in Thailand and 2555 and 2554 charity run.
3 years ago, Toon moved to Bang Saphan, Prachuap Province. Last year, Dr. Snub Chao Chao cuddle Thao, director of Bangsaphan hospital invited Toon to join the charity run to bring the rest of the donations Medical equipment shortage
When you go to the hospital, let's know that the patient has to sleep in bed, the basic tools for treatment, no or not enough. Such as newborn cabinet. There is only one new born child must share. The number of dialysis machine. There are not enough patients. Kidney has to wait for the queue to use.
Charity run is high cost. There may not be enough money left for medical equipment. Each cost a million.
How to get the most donations without deductions?
The answer is "running alone" of Toon.
If you run alone, you don't need to have money to buy a running shirt, food, tent, coins
So why run?
Running is to communicate that the hospital has problems, not running for anyone. Win or reach the finish line for 10 days to make people know for 10 days.
Let each person step out to donate 5 baht each. 10 baht. There is no need to be rich person. There are many donations. I wish that there are many people to know enough and have a
So there was a project to be a step at a step for Bang Saphan Hospital in December 2559 by Toon ran from Suan Kua School, Bangkok to Bang Saphan, Prachuap Khiri Khan
And the small step of each person who came together in the last year. Toon has donated up to 85 million baht.
Toon Bodyslam has created a phenomenon that ripple society. Toon is a role model for a new generation who loves music, love sports, a leader and a good person who makes merit for society.
Toon says it's another day of a happy life. See from the light of happiness that I come out of eyes and smile. It's happiness in doing good deeds for others. It's not wrong to say that no matter how much money you have, I can't buy this
When I understand the identity of Toon, in addition to winning the great rock artist and poll polls that they are the people's favorite male singer. Toon also won cuddle girls on Mother's Day 2549
And the house that bang saphan is also a gift that toon bought for mother. The happiness of being a cartoon and toon has made pride for the family who has a good person who is a good person and a good person for society.
If you ask if toon has solved a permanent problem for the hospital or create an event once, just stay in memory and forget.
In one problem, there are many solutions and one step of the project can lead to small steps that walk to a big solution.
According to the Confederation, Medical Hospital Center, General Hospital reported a loss of 18 hospitals in 2560 by the top 5 are
The school. Nov. Phra sit klao is a loss of 355 million baht.
The school. Nov. Saraburi is a loss of 322 million baht.
The school. Nov. Uttaradit is a loss of 277 million baht.
The school. Nov. Sakon Nakhon. Loss 225 million baht.
The school. Nov. Surat Thani loss of 220 million baht.
Since 2551, these hospitals have been a loss from all health insurance of the National Health Insurance Office, PA or 30 baht. Treatment for all diseases for the people.
When you look at the budget of 2561, the amount of 2.9 trillion baht has been allocated as follows
Ministry of Education 5.1 billion baht (Teacher's wages 3.11 billion baht)
Ministry of Thailand 3.55 hundred thousand baht.
Ministry of Finance 2.38 billion baht
Ministry of Defense 2.22 billion baht (Military wages 1.04 billion baht)
And Ministry of Health 1.26 billion baht (Doctor's wages, Nurse 0.99 billion baht. The rest is medical and more)
At the beginning of the year, the ministry of health clarified the hospital's financial problems that it is a problem and proceeded.
Even in government, there is a deal with sickness can't wait.
This year, the project is a step at a time for 11 hospitals and it may be the last run for the hospital.
Toon will start running on November 1th from Betong District, Yala province through 20 provinces and arrive at Mae Sai province, Chiang Rai on December 25, total of 55 days, 4 days. 1 days. Day day
Distance and time 5 times more than last year and no one should have dared to run like this.
In addition to us, Thai people send encouragement, we can help send toon to run to the finish line by donating. Invest man page. Let's be one of the small steps to do good deeds by writing this article and donate 10,000 baht to Project one step at a time.
Even if we don't run with toon and no one else sees the good deeds we have done and the happiness we receive should be in our hearts.
In this world
There should be 2 types of people.
1. People who look at small photos who look forward to themselves. The most interested in that person is the number in the bank account. Everything to do must be worth it. If you do a lot, it's not worth it's not worth it. He shouldn't get anything. Apart from the numbers he created to fool himself, this one is called LONELY MAN
2. People who look at the big picture who look forward to society. Overall the most interested in the end, society will benefit. Everything is not about their own numbers, but about the happiness of everyone. Finally, he may not get anything as well as the first person. All I got is that everyone in society and will go back to be their own happiness without having to know.. This is enough.
What will be in the future, we can choose the path from our actions in the present.
We can choose whether we are LONELY MAN or the second one called HAPPY MAN..

Doing good deeds, even if you don't know why I have to do it.
Doing good deeds, even if I don't know where I do it, I have to
Doing good deeds, even if you don't know who does it, you have to do it
Doing good deeds, even if no one rejoice, must do it.
Doing good deeds, even if you have to do it, you have to do
Doing good deeds, even if you don't see the return, you
Doing good deeds, even if you have a little time to do it.
Because goodness is still good all the time
Because good people have to do good deeds.
Because good people get encouragement from doing good deeds.
Believe in good deeds, do good things must be good.
No change
" Doing good is hard and effective slowly, but it has to be done.
Because no evil is easy to do.
And I will be quick to make it up without feeling.
So each person has to focus and perseverance. Try their best.
To create, enhance and collect good deeds "

----------------
What's your definition of an "ideal body"? I think everyone has a different idea about what their "ideal body" should look like. I used to train much harder and had a so-called "fitter" body. My younger self would probably criticize my current body harshly, pointing out that the muscles should be more defined, the fat percentage should be as low as that of elite athletes, and the abs should be more cut to the point where you could see all the lines very clearly. Only then would I be able to feel satisfied with myself. So many conditions!
But honestly, it's really hard to maintain that kind of super cut "ideal body" all the time. The level of sustainability probably differs from person to person, depending on the lifestyle. Yes, there are people who could maintain it, but there are also sacrifices you'd need to make. Either you gotta put so much effort into your workouts continuously or start controlling your diet strictly (The latter of which I refuse to do since I love eating so much and would rather continue to enjoy all the matcha ice-cream, cheesecake, sushi, steak, and burgers for the rest of my life, so don't anyone try to tell me what not to eat! lol).
The older you get, the more life seems to sway you towards the kind of lifestyle that fits more with your priorities, also changing your perception of what an "ideal body" is. I've learned that, for me, there're more important things in life than sculpting and maintaining a so-called "perfect" body all the time. Now I don't feel the need to always have super defined muscles like I used to. They can be more or less defined from time to time, and it's ok, because I'd rather have a body like this and still be able to enjoy the various wonderful pleasures in life that I'm currently enjoying. I don't need my body to be "perfect" in the eyes of others--I just need it to be perfect for the kind of lifestyle that I want.
This is the "I can eat ice cream whenever I want" kind of body, the "I can go out and enjoy great meals with friends and family whenever I feel like it" kind of body. The kind of body that isn't trained super hard everyday but exercised regularly enough to feel healthy. The kind of body that could maybe just excite a few eyes when shirtless but needs not be so hot to the point where anyone should come rushing to praise me lol. The kind of body that allows me to also focus my time and energy on my other interests in life and experience the joy of doing many other things that I love.
As a note to myself at the age of 38, with my current level of understanding of my own life, this is the kind of "ideal body" that I'm happy with. :)

By now, you have probably heard about my father’s red box. Minister Heng Swee Keat posted about it last week. The red box was a fixture of my father’s work routine. It is now on display at the National Museum of Singapore in his memorial exhibition.
Some of my father’s other personal items are there too. His barrister’s wig (of horsehair) from when he was admitted to the Bar. And a Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch given to him by the Singapore Union of Postal and Telecommunications Workers after he represented them in the famous postmen’s strike in 1952.
I enjoyed my visit to the exhibition a few days ago. Was happy to hear that many of you went yesterday. The exhibition will be on until 26 April. – LHL
MR LEE'S RED BOX
Mr Lee Kuan Yew had a red box. When I worked as Mr Lee’s Principal Private Secretary, or PPS, a good part of my daily life revolved around the red box. Before Mr Lee came in to work each day, the locked red box would arrive first, at about 9 am.
As far as the various officers who have worked with Mr Lee can remember, he had it for many, many years. It is a large, boxy briefcase, about fourteen centimetres wide. Red boxes came from the British government, whose Ministers used them for transporting documents between government offices. Our early Ministers had red boxes, but Mr Lee is the only one I know who used his consistently through the years. When I started working for Mr Lee in 1997, it was the first time I saw a red box in use. It is called the red box but is more a deep wine colour, like the seats in the chamber in Parliament House.
This red box held what Mr Lee was working on at any one time. Through the years, it held his papers, speech drafts, letters, readings, and a whole range of questions, reflections, and observations. For example, in the years that Mr Lee was working on his memoirs, the red box carried the multiple early drafts back and forth between his home and the office, scribbled over with his and Mrs Lee’s notes.
For a long time, other regular items in Mr Lee’s red box were the cassette tapes that held his dictated instructions and thoughts for later transcription. Some years back, he changed to using a digital recorder.
The red box carried a wide range of items. It could be communications with foreign leaders, observations about the financial crisis, instructions for the Istana grounds staff, or even questions about some trees he had seen on the expressway. Mr Lee was well-known for keeping extremely alert to everything he saw and heard around him – when he noticed something wrong, like an ailing raintree, a note in the red box would follow.
We could never anticipate what Mr Lee would raise – it could be anything that was happening in Singapore or the world. But we could be sure of this: it would always be about how events could affect Singapore and Singaporeans, and how we had to stay a step ahead. Inside the red box was always something about how we could create a better life for all.
We would get to work right away. Mr Lee’s secretaries would transcribe his dictated notes, while I followed up on instructions that required coordination across multiple government agencies. Our aim was to do as much as we could by the time Mr Lee came into the office later.
While we did this, Mr Lee would be working from home. For example, during the time that I worked with him (1997-2000), the Asian Financial Crisis ravaged many economies in our region and unleashed political changes. It was a tense period as no one could tell how events would unfold. Often, I would get a call from him to check certain facts or arrange meetings with financial experts.
In the years that I worked for him, Mr Lee’s daily breakfast was a bowl of dou hua (soft bean curd), with no syrup. It was picked up and brought home in a tiffin carrier every morning, from a food centre near Mr Lee’s home. He washed it down with room-temperature water. Mr Lee did not take coffee or tea at breakfast.
When Mr Lee came into the office, the work that had come earlier in the red box would be ready for his review, and he would have a further set of instructions for our action.
From that point on, the work day would run its normal course. Mr Lee read the documents and papers, cleared his emails, and received official calls by visitors. I was privileged to sit in for every meeting he conducted. He would later ask me what I thought of the meetings – it made me very attentive to every word that was said, and I learnt much from Mr Lee.
Evening was Mr Lee’s exercise time. Mr Lee has described his extensive and disciplined exercise regime elsewhere. It included the treadmill, rowing, swimming and walking – with his ears peeled to the evening news or his Mandarin practice tapes. He would sometimes take phone calls while exercising.
He was in his 70s then. In more recent years, being less stable on his feet, Mr Lee had a simpler exercise regime. But he continued to exercise. Since retiring from the Minister Mentor position in 2011, Mr Lee was more relaxed during his exercises. Instead of listening intently to the news or taking phone calls, he shared his personal stories and joked with his staff.
While Mr Lee exercised, those of us in the office would use that time to focus once again on the red box, to get ready all the day’s work for Mr Lee to take home with him in the evening. Based on the day’s events and instructions, I tried to get ready the materials that Mr Lee might need. It sometimes took longer than I expected, and occasionally, I had to ask the security officer to come back for the red box later.
While Mrs Lee was still alive, she used to drop by the Istana at the end of the day, in order to catch a few minutes together with Mr Lee, just to sit and look at the Istana trees that they both loved. They chatted about what many other old couples would talk about. They discussed what they should have for dinner, or how their grandchildren were doing.
Then back home went Mr Lee, Mrs Lee and the red box. After dinner, Mr and Mrs Lee liked to take a long stroll. In his days as Prime Minister, while Mrs Lee strolled, Mr Lee liked to ride a bicycle. It was, in the words of those who saw it, “one of those old man bicycles”. None of us who have worked at the Istana can remember him ever changing his bicycle. He did not use it in his later years, as he became frail, but I believe the “old man bicycle” is still around somewhere.
After his dinner and evening stroll, Mr Lee would get back to his work. That was when he opened the red box and worked his way through what we had put into it in the office.
Mr Lee’s study is converted out of his son’s old bedroom. His work table is a simple, old wooden table with a piece of clear glass placed over it. Slipped under the glass are family memorabilia, including a picture of our current PM from his National Service days. When Mrs Lee was around, she stayed up reading while Mr Lee worked. They liked to put on classical music while they stayed up.
In his days as PM, Mr Lee’s average bedtime was three-thirty in the morning. As Senior Minister and Minister Mentor, he went to sleep after two in the morning. If he had to travel for an official visit the next day, he might go to bed at one or two in the morning.
Deep into the night, while the rest of Singapore slept, it was common for Mr Lee to be in full work mode.
Before he went to bed, Mr Lee would put everything he had completed back in the red box, with clear pointers on what he wished for us to do in the office. The last thing he did each day was to place the red box outside his study room. The next morning, the duty security team picked up the red box, brought it to us waiting in the office, and a new day would begin.
Let me share two other stories involving the red box.
In 1996, Mr Lee underwent balloon angioplasty to insert a stent. It was his second heart operation in two months, after an earlier operation to widen a coronary artery did not work. After the operation, he was put in the Intensive Care Unit for observation. When he regained consciousness and could sit up in bed, he asked for his security team. The security officer hurried into the room to find out what was needed. Mr Lee asked, “Can you pass me the red box?”
Even at that point, Mr Lee’s first thought was to continue working. The security officer rushed the red box in, and Mr Lee asked to be left to his work. The nurses told the security team that other patients of his age, in Mr Lee’s condition, would just rest. Mr Lee was 72 at the time.
In 2010, Mr Lee was hospitalised again, this time for a chest infection. While he was in the hospital, Mrs Lee passed away. Mr Lee has spoken about his grief at Mrs Lee’s passing. As soon as he could, he left the hospital to attend the wake at Sri Temasek.
At the end of the night, he was under doctor’s orders to return to the hospital. But he asked his security team if they could take him to the Singapore River instead. It was late in the night, and Mr Lee was in mourning. His security team hastened to give a bereaved husband a quiet moment to himself.
As Mr Lee walked slowly along the bank of the Singapore River, the way he and Mrs Lee sometimes did when she was still alive, he paused. He beckoned a security officer over. Then he pointed out some trash floating on the river, and asked, “Can you take a photo of that? I’ll tell my PPS what to do about it tomorrow.” Photo taken, he returned to the hospital.
I was no longer Mr Lee’s PPS at the time. I had moved on to the Monetary Authority of Singapore, to continue with the work to strengthen our financial regulatory system that Mr Lee had started in the late 1990s. But I can guess that Mr Lee probably had some feedback on keeping the Singapore River clean. I can also guess that the picture and the instructions were ferried in Mr Lee’s red box the next morning to the office. Even as Mr Lee lay in the hospital. Even as Mrs Lee lay in state.
The security officers with Mr Lee were deeply touched. When I heard about these moments, I was also moved.
I have taken some time to describe Mr Lee’s red box. The reason is that, for me, it symbolises Mr Lee’s unwavering dedication to Singapore so well. The diverse contents it held tell us much about the breadth of Mr Lee’s concerns – from the very big to the very small; the daily routine of the red box tells us how Mr Lee’s life revolved around making Singapore better, in ways big and small.
By the time I served Mr Lee, he was the Senior Minister. Yet he continued to devote all his time to thinking about the future of Singapore. I could only imagine what he was like as Prime Minister. In policy and strategy terms, he was always driving himself, me, and all our colleagues to think about what each trend and development meant for Singapore, and how we should respond to it in order to secure Singapore’s wellbeing and success.
As his PPS, I saw the punishing pace of work that Mr Lee set himself. I had a boss whose every thought and every action was for Singapore.
But it takes private moments like these to bring home just how entirely Mr Lee devoted his life to Singapore.
In fact, I think the best description comes from the security officer who was with Mr Lee both of those times. He was on Mr Lee’s team for almost 30 years. He said of Mr Lee: “Mr Lee is always country, country, country. And country.”
This year, Singapore turns 50. Mr Lee would have turned 92 this September. Mr Lee entered the hospital on 5 February 2015. He continued to use his red box every day until 4 February 2015.

Hey everybody,
This video is going to demonstrate how you can use a bit of makeup to create an illusion of a slimmer & taller nose by the techniques of contouring.
What sucks is with eyes and lips- everybody has different preferences but with the nose there is a so called set standard. "Slim & high". What is this 'set standard' anyway? I don't believe in it but doesn't the media like to brain wash us all?
I know I'm going to get a lot of slack about making a nose contouring video but I don't care =). I'm here to do my thing and if it's requested- I'll do it. I rather my viewers not go through the pain from nose surgery and nose contour instead. It's cheap, safe and you got nothing to lose.
If you can apply eyeliner to make eyes bigger, wear black to give illusion of a slimmer body, wear heels to make yourself taller, wear extensions to fake having long hair; why can't you use makeup to give illusion of a slimmer nose?
Genetically- asians not only scar more than any other race but a lot of us have flatter profile & a bulbous tip. This means the nose can appear wider with less definition. It's ok- I appreciate the oriential face. I think each race is uniquely beautiful in their own way. But I do understand that many people ARE self conscious about the nose. So unhappy that it's all they can think about.
The way I contour my nose is a bit different from how most makeup artists contour the nose. This is because everybody has different noses and one form of makeup will not cater everybody. Just like how I can't do a lot of makeup looks on my eyes because I have small eyelids.
That's fine =) We work with other methods that work well for us. I find that this technique works best for me. Makeup should have no rules. The techniques I used for nose contouring are mostly catered for my type of nose because there aren't a lot of nose contouring videos for asian noses on Youtube. However- if you feel you have a wide alar base or that your nose is flat; you can try out these methods if you wish =)
Remember, nobody is perfect. I would hate to think any of you guys let your nose affect you from living your life fully. Everybody has flaws and sometimes what you think is a flaw could be something your family & friends love about you. You know what? I like my nose now. I used to hate my nose. I would look at the mirror and I cry because I thought it didn't blend well with the rest of my face. This made me insecure and I would try to photoshop my photos or even rip up perfectly fine normal photos of myself. I've even considered getting a nose job before. Would you believe that? Crazy eh? Not really because we all have been there too where we've once hated our own reflection. When are we going to stop being so harsh on ourselves and focus on our good features instead?
My nose is actually one of my boyfriend's favourite feature about me. My nose is also inherited from my father and it makes me happy that I have a feature that represents somebody I love & care about. It's part of me. I should love it and feel lucky that I can breathe out of it and that it keeps me alive.
I'm working hard on my new cosmetic brushes but I will keep you guys informed with the progress. Loving the dual end pencil/fluffy brush though ^_^. We shall see.
If you are considering surgery on your face or body, I won't judge you at all because I understand you have reasons. But remember to think it through because there are a lot of factors to think about. Think about who are you doing this for and remember, surgery doesn't necessarily mean you will be happy. Definitely think about all sorts of alternatives before going under the knife =) It can be dangerous and no surgery is 100% guaranteed safe or successful. Why not try contouring? Talk to somebody you trust.
"The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched. They must be felt within the heart". Helen Keller.
I may be 4ft 11 with a round face, wide nose and thick legs- I'm beautiful because I feel beautiful. It took me years to be comfortable in my own skin. No amount of makeup has ever made me feel as beautiful as I do now ^_^. You are beautiful too. Tell yourself this and believe it!
Ps. I have been watching everybody's contest entries and it's lovely to see my viewers faces. You guys are so cute ^_^. Keep them coming. I like to watch you guys before and after I sleep ^_^
Pps. As always, thank you to youtube channel 'Karaokekpop' for awesome instrumentals!
