隔離14日,我其實適應無難度,以前寫書,閉關唔出街係常態,有十年時間,我一年四次,每次兩個月,在家。
而家唔慣既反而喺,今次好似有一個期限,呢14日,千祈唔好喉嚨痛唔好咳唔好發燒。。。
但係,無癥狀又如何?最近有研究指,六成確診者無癥狀。咁係咪,無癥狀都唔值得慶幸?
又其實,我會關心我身邊既人多過自己,親人千祈唔好有事,同事唔好有事,朋友唔好有事,醫護唔好有事,香港人唔好有事,人人都唔好有事,貓狗獅子老虎都唔好有事。

What I have seen a lot of are recommendations for how to try to avoid getting coronavirus:
• hand washing
• personal hygiene
• social distancing
If you get Covid-19
You basically just want to prepare as though you know you’re going to get a nasty respiratory bug, like bronchitis or pneumonia. You just have the foresight to know it might come your way!
Things you should actually prepare ahead of time:
• Kleenex,
• Paracetamol,
• whatever your generic, mucus thinning cough medicine of choice is (check the label and make sure you're not doubling up on Paracetamol)
• Honey and lemon can work just as well!
• Vicks vaporub for your chest is also a great suggestion.
• a humidifier would be a good thing to buy and use in your room when you go to bed overnight. (You can also just turn the shower on hot and sit in the bathroom breathing in the steam).
• If you have a history of asthma and you have a prescription inhaler, make sure the one you have isn’t expired and refill it/get a new one if necessary.
• Meals This is also a good time to meal prep: make a big batch of your favorite soup to freeze and have on hand.
• Hydrate (drink!) hydrate, hydrate! Stock up on whatever your favorite clear fluids are to drink - though tap water is fine you may appreciate some variety!
For symptom management and a fever over 38°c
• take Paracetamol rather than Ibuprofen
• Rest lots. You should not be leaving your house!
• Even if you are feeling better you may will still be infectious for fourteen days and older people and those with existing health conditions should be avoided!
• Wear gloves and a mask to avoid contaminating others in your house
• Isolate in your bedroom if not living alone, ask friends and family to leave supplies outside to avoid contact.
• Sanitize your bed linen and clothes frequently by washing and clean your bathroom with recommended sanitizers.
If you are worried or in distress or feel your symptoms are getting worse:
Preexisting risks If you have a pre-existing lung condition (COPD, emphysema, lung cancer) or are on immunosuppressants, now is a great time to talk to your Doctor or specialist about what they would like you to do if you get sick.
Children- One major relief to you parents is that kids do VERY well with coronavirus— they usually bounce back in a few days (but they will still be infectious), Just use pediatric dosing .
Be calm and prepare rationally and everything will be fine.
This is to inform us all that the pH for corona virus varies from 5.5 to 8.5.
All we need to do, to beat corona virus, we need to take more of an alkaline foods that are above the above pH level of the Virus.

How do you know you have coronavirus?
1. Itching in the throat
2. Dry throat
3. Dry cough
4. High temperature
5. Shortness of breath

每日適量食用水果有益健康,不少女生都好奇問:月經期間吃甚麼水果最好?中醫理論認為「血得溫則行,得寒則凝」,所以行經期間宜多進食屬性平和的水果,例如蘋果、木瓜、葡萄、菠蘿、牛油果、無花果、大樹菠蘿、青蘋果、布冧;避免屬性寒涼的水果,例如奇異果、士多啤梨、梨、火龍果、西瓜、蜜瓜、椰青、熟香蕉等。
水果屬於生冷食物嗎?其實我們進食的水果已在成熟狀態,在室溫狀態享用便不算是生冷食物,建議吃整個水果而非喝果汁!
至於有人多吃水果取代正餐,中醫並不建議這樣做,因為人體需要從食物攝取各種營養素,只吃水果未能提供全面營養,而且水果含果糖,進食過量會變成脂肪,每日吃兩份水果已經足夠,一個中型蘋果或如拳頭般大小算一份。

What fruits to eat and avoid during menstruation
Consuming an appropriate amount of fruit is good for health, but many women are curious to know what would be the most suitable fruits to eat during menstruation?
According to Chinese Medicine theories, blood circulates well when it is warm and stagnate when it is cold. Hence, it is best to consume fruits that are mild in nature during menstruation. These fruits include apple, papaya, grape, pineapple, avocado, fig, jackfruit, green apple and plum. Avoid fruits that are cold in nature, such as kiwi, strawberry, pear, dragon fruit, watermelon, honeydew, young coconut, and ripe banana.
Are fruits raw and cold? We normally consume ripe fruits. Hence, they are not a type of raw and cold food if we eat them at room temperature. We recommend eating them as they are and not blend them into fruit juice.
There are also people who would replace proper meals with fruits. Chinese physicians do not encourage this dietary practice because our bodies need to absorb a wide array of nutrients from food. Eating fruits alone cannot provide all the nutrients, and fruits contain fructose, which would turn into fat if accumulated in the body. Hence, consuming two servings of fruits per day is sufficient. Each serving is about the size of a medium apple or a fist.

• ZEST – Add fresh citrus juice (lemon or lime) or a dash of vinegar for a better, more complex flavour.
• RICHNESS – Add a drizzle of olive oil or avocado oil. Avoid coconut oil, which will harden if cold.
• FULLNESS – Add beans such as black beans, white beans, chickpeas, lentils and more to make it a filling meal.
• EXTRA KICK – Cayenne, minced jalapeños, garlic cloves, chilli, harissa, sriracha, tabasco or paprika.
