Not one to stay stuck in the moment, Taj Gibson insisted he'll let this one go no matter how tempting it might be to hold onto it.
The rookie tied a career high with 20 points and had 13 rebounds, and the Chicago Bulls used a big first-half run to beat the Philadelphia 76ers 122-90 on Saturday night for their fourth straight victory.
"You're only as good as your last game," Gibson said.
And this one was quite impressive. He hit 9 of 14 shots and fed off newcomer Hakim Warrick in another eye-opening performance from a rookie whose emergence made the departed Tyrus Thomas expendable.
"He's such a good kid," coach Vinny Del Negro said. "He is very coachable. He wants to learn and is always working. I like some of the passes that he and Hakim made to each other. They worked well against the zone."
And they had plenty of help.
Derrick Rose scored 17 points to help the Bulls set a season high for points. So did Kirk Hinrich, who also buried three 3-pointers to give him 773 in his career and break a tie with Ben Gordon for the club record.
Warrick had a highlight reel dunk over Thaddeus Young that "got me going" and finished with 15 points. Brad Miller scored eight of his 15 during a 23-1 run to close the second half, turning a three-point deficit into a 58-39 lead and sending Chicago to his sixth win in seven games. The Bulls set a team record for fewest turnovers with four while dishing out 26 assists.
"They were finding the open man, just making the right plays," the Sixers' Allen Iverson said.
Andre Iguodala led Philadelphia with 23 points. Young scored 17 points, but the Sixers went 8:14 without a field goal during a drought that spanned the second and third quarters in their most lopsided loss this season while falling for the third time in four games.
"We couldn't hit shots and we couldn't get stops," Iguodala said.
They were leading 38-35 after Iguodala hit two free throws with 5:19 left in the first half.
And then?
Miller put back his own miss and led the charge as the Bulls scored 21 straight before Young hit 1 of 2 free throws with 35 seconds left. Miller added a layup, hit 2 of 3 free throws after getting fouled on a 3 and buried two more foul shots.
And after Young's free throw, Rose drove for a layup in closing seconds to make it a 19-point game at halftime, and he started the third with a buzzer-beating 3-pointer. Hinrich then hit one of his own to make it 64-39 and give him 701 in his career, putting him ahead of Gordon.
"I don't feel like I shoot a lot of 3s," Hinrich said. "I just take them when it's available."
Iverson finally hit a fadeaway jumper for the Sixers' first field goal since Rodney Carney's put-back with 6:59 left in the first half, but the Bulls continued to pour it on for their second straight lopsided home win.
They beat the Knicks by 33 on Tuesday and followed up wins at New York and Minnesota with another impressive showing against a struggling Sixers team. With the next two games against Washington and Indiana, Chicago has a chance to keep the streak going.
It would help if they had an effective Joakim Noah.
He entered to loud cheers with 3:33 left in the first quarter and finished with a point and two rebounds in 7 minutes after missing seven games with plantar fasciitis in his left foot. That Noah was in uniform was a surprise considering Del Negro had said he probably wouldn't play.
Warrick, in his first home game since the trade deadline deal with Milwaukee, whipped the crowd into a frenzy late in the opening quarter, when he pivoted and threw down a one-handed facial over Young. The groans were just as loud moments later when Noah missed a dunk even though he was all alone, and he heard it from his teammates.
Otherwise, he felt fine.
"I really feel no pain, and I feel really good that we're playing such good basketball right now," he said.
Game notes
The Bulls' previous low for turnovers was five against Washington on Feb. 23, 2007. ... Sixers G Willie Green missed his second game with a slightly separated left shoulder. F Jason Smith missed his third straight game with a sprained right ankle, and newcomer Francisco Elson, recovering from hernia surgery, was not in uniform.

The Cavaliers finally located their missing 7-foot-3 center.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas, mostly forgotten in Cleveland's offense, scored a season-high 18 points with 15 rebounds, and LeBron James had 25 points and 11 assists in a 108-95 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday night.
Ilgauskas came in averaging nine points per game -- six below his career average -- and the center hasn't been as involved in Cleveland's new offensive schemes as much as he or Cavs coach Mike Brown would like.
"My fault," Brown said before the game.
Ilgauskas scored just two points and took only two shots in Friday night's loss at Indiana. He and Brown met in the coach's office about 90 minutes before tipoff with the Sixers, and whatever they discussed became Cleveland's gameplan.
The Cavaliers did more to get Ilgauskas the ball in good scoring spots and he responded by scoring 12 points in the first half. He had his 18 by the end of the third quarter, when Cleveland opened an 82-70 lead.
"It got to the point where we said, 'Screw the offense," James said. "There were some (play) calls we made that had nothing to do with our offense. We've got to find a way to get 'Z' in a comfort zone."
Ilgauskas tied a team record with 12 offensive rebounds and had five blocks. Cleveland's big man also dived to the floor several times for loose balls. The Cavaliers, playing their fourth game in five nights, have won six straight at home.
"'Z' did a tremendous job," Brown said. "He got on the ground three or four times going after loose balls, that's a heck of an effort for a guy that's 7-foot-3. His points and rebounds were tremendous, but his five blocks is what I like to see."
Allen Iverson scored 31 points on just 10-of-28 shooting to lead Philadelphia. Andre Iguodala added 17 and Willie Green 13 for the Sixers, who played their fifth straight game without Chris Webber.
Coming off a 123-108 win over Chicago, the Sixers started fast and built a 13-point lead in the first quarter but couldn't sustain it.
"We gave the game away," Iverson said. "We just stopped playing. There ain't a whole bunch to say. We jumped right on them. I know games have two halves. But we had that game. No way are we supposed to give that up.
"Honestly, I feel like this is the worst loss that we've had this year. It's just a complete breakdown."
Trailing by 13 early in the fourth, Philadelphia pulled within 94-86 on two free throws by Samuel Dalembert with 5:24 left. But Ilgauskas came back in off the bench, and although he didn't score, his return sparked the Cavs.
Eric Snow hit a jump shot, Drew Gooden scored in the lane and James completed a three-point play to put the Cavaliers, wearing orange throwback uniforms from the 1980s, up 101-86 with 3:04 remaining.
With Ilgauskas leading the charge, the Cavaliers outrebounded Philadelphia 49-36.
During one sequence, Ilgauskas played a solo game of volleyball around the rim, outreaching Sixers defenders to keep the ball alive.
"I got off to a little bit of a slow start, but they kept calling plays for me," said Ilgauskas, who played a season-high 36 minutes. "It was nice to get back into the offense."
Cleveland trailed by nine points after one, and the Cavaliers began the second quarter with a lineup featuring Ilgauskas and Anderson Varejao but not James. Without their superstar, the Cavs rallied and opened the period with a 13-2 run, taking their first lead on Sasha Pavlovic's three-point play.
Later, Ilgauskas scored six points and Damon Jones drained a 3-pointer during a 10-0 burst that put Cleveland up 46-36.
In the final minute of the half, James gave the sellout crowd what they came to see when he grabbed an alley-oop pass from Jones, and rising to almost eye level with the rim, rifled his dunk through.

Allen Iverson was trying to stay with his man on defense when he slammed full-force into Rasheed Wallace and went sprawling to the floor.
Picking himself up and shaking off the aftershocks, Iverson came downcourt on Philadelphia's next possession and used a quick dribble and deft stutter-step to drive the lane and draw two defenders, leaving Andre Iguodala open at the 3-point line.
Iverson flicked him a pass and Iguodala's shot went in, giving Iverson another of his 15 assists and putting the Sixers ahead by double digits midway through the fourth quarter of a 115-104 victory over the Detroit Pistons on Friday night.
"A.I. was phenomenal," said Pistons coach Larry Brown, who was apprehensive beforehand at the prospect of Iverson having a breakout game.
Turns out he had good reason to worry.
Iverson played one of the better playoff games of his nine-year career, scoring 37 points and handing out five of his 15 assists in the fourth quarter as the Sixers defeated the defending champions for the first time in their best-of-seven series, cutting Detroit's lead to 2-1. Game 4 is Sunday.
Iverson led the way as Philadelphia overcame an early 13-point deficit and then played its best ball in the fourth quarter.
Detroit center Ben Wallace scored a career-high 29 points and grabbed 16 rebounds, but the Pistons got only two points from their reserves on a night when they had another 50-percent shooting effort from the field -- the third time in the series they've made at least half their shots.
Despite that accuracy, the Pistons couldn't find a way to stop Iverson after holding him to 35-percent shooting in the first two games. He finished 15-for-26 from the field, including 2-for-4 from 3-point range, and his assists were one shy of his career-best.
"The same shots he took in Detroit and missed were the same shots he made tonight," Detroit's Richard Hamilton said. "Every game Allen comes out he plays with that demeanor. Since I've been in the league I've never played against him when he's said 'I'm just going to show up."
Chauncey Billups started as the primary defender on Iverson, and Hamilton took over the job later in the game. But even when the Pistons managed to get the ball out of Iverson's hands, he was able to find open teammates who were able to knock down shots.
Chris Webber scored nine of his 19 points in the fourth quarter, Rodney Rogers added 15 points, Samuel Dalembert had 14 points and 10 rebounds and Iguodala had 13 points and seven steals for Philadelphia, which shot 55 percent.
Before the game, Brown said his inside knowledge of Iverson's tendencies from their many seasons together were of no benefit.
"From a personal standpoint, when you know what someone like that is capable of, it's not a comfortable feeling," Brown said. "We all know what he does, and I haven't seen anybody stop him. The reason we've been successful is we've stopped other people."
Iverson's 15th assist came on a pass to Webber for a jumper that gave Philadelphia a 105-96 lead with 3:04 left, and Iverson sank a 3-pointer with 1:33 remaining to lock up the victory.
The game was Brown's first postseason appearance in the building where he coached Iverson for six seasons and took the Sixers to the NBA Finals in 2001 -- the year Iverson won the MVP award.
"That doesn't seem like a long time ago. Most of those games I really remember, and he had a remarkable year, but I still think this is his best one."
No game was more critical to Philadelphia than this one, and Iverson would not let the 76ers fall into a 3-0 deficit no NBA team has ever overcome. His 37 points eclipsed his career postseason average of 30.4, second in NBA history behind Michael Jordan's 33.4.
"This is one game. We've got to feed off it," Iverson said. "We didn't just play defense, we played offense, too."
Hamilton scored 24, Tayshaun Prince had 19 and Rasheed Wallace and Billups each scored 15 for Detroit.
Philadelphia fell behind by 13 points early in the second quarter, but Detroit's offense struggled when the starters were not on the floor, and Iverson had 17 points and six assists by halftime as the Sixers cut their deficit to 54-51.
The Pistons stayed ahead until Rogers hit a corner jumper with 3:41 left in the third quarter for a 72-72 tie, and Rogers added a pair of 3-pointers in the final minute of the quarter to help Philadelphia take an 80-78 lead into the fourth. The 76ers stayed ahead the rest of the way.

Sixers coach Jim O'Brien gave an expanded role to Willie Green, who often played in the regular season only when Iverson was hurt. Green, who totaled 9 minutes in the first two games combined, played 19 minutes and scored two points. ... Kyle Korver, who made only two of 11 3-point shots in the first two games, was 3-for-4 from long distance.
