5年前，第一次離家一年，去了愛爾蘭打工度假 (working holiday)，對這種漂泊的生活，既愛又恨！我，就像最近在訪問裡說到的，其實很自私，我吃素沒有什麼偉大不偉大，我只是為了自己：身體健康，想要走更遠的路；畜牧業的消失，可以保存更多美好的風景，我才可以欣賞。

對於我的生活方式和態度 (不論是飲食方式還是漂泊的生活)，身邊太多的人給我太多意見，但我太自私了，沒辦法照顧這麼多人的感受，因為時間有限，我只能先照顧好自己的感受囉

因此我決定，接下來的一年 (05/2019 - 08/2020)，會離開香港到加拿大打工度假，這段時間裡，Vegan Expression 粉絲頁會繼續更新，不過可能會比較慢一些，因為太多生活上的事情要先處理呢。如果你或你的朋友有任何加拿大的資訊 (包括素食、生活節、住宿、工作等等)，歡迎私訊我喔 😉

Five years ago, I left home about a year for the first time and went to working holiday in Ireland. I both love and hate this kind of drifting life! I, as what I said in my recent interview, I'm actually very selfish. Becoming a vegan just for myself not others. Want to have good health, so I can go further; the disappearance of animal agriculture, it can save more beautiful scenery that I can go traveling.

For my lifestyle and attitude (no matter is my vegan diet or drifting life) , too many people around me give me too much opinion and suggestions, but I am too selfish that I can't take care of the feelings of those people. Because time is limited, I can only take care of my feelings first.

Therefore, I decided that the next year (05/2019 - 08/2020) will leave Hong Kong and go working holiday in Canada. During this time, Vegan Expression fan page will continue to update, but it may be slower because too much things must be deal with first in living. If you or your friends have any information about Canada (including food, festivals, accommodation, work, etc.), please feel free to contact me 😉

每天生活在忙碌的都市，讓我常常想要逃離現實，跟好朋友約個下午茶，聊聊當年夏天的旅行；或是浪費一整天，發個呆，幻想一下未來夏天的旅行。而且我一定要找一家很有感覺的咖啡屋，才能聊這種這麼有意義的事喔 ☺️

「The Dandelion」就是我要找的咖啡屋啦！既溫馨又時尚，食物素質更不用說了。我和朋友點的No Rules Burger (CA17) 和 Better Benny (CA17)，份量雖然偏少，卻意外地很有飽足感耶！

「The Dandelion」更是一家很注重環保的咖啡屋，除了提供無動物菜單，而且會盡量採購當地食材和只使用環保包裝，來降低碳足跡和保護地球的自然資源。這麼有理念的好地方，怎麼能不支持呢~

Living in a busy city every day makes me often want to escape from the reality, having an afternoon tea with my good friends, talk about the summer trip in the past; or waste a whole day, take a break, and imagine the future summer trip. So I need to look for a cafe with a good vibe for me to talk about such a meaningful thing ☺️

"The Dandelion" is definitely the cafe I am looking for! Both warm and chill with high quality and tasty food. My friends and I ordered No Rules Burger (CA17) and Better Benny (CA17), although the portion is small, it is surprisingly fulfilling!

"The Dandelion" is also an environmentally-conscious cafe. In addition to providing animal-free menus, they will also try to source local ingredients and use only eco-friendly packaging to reduce the carbon footprint and protect the planet's natural resources. How can you not support such a good place ~

時尚保暖。vegan雪地靴
在Calgary (卡爾加利) 這裡，下雪是很正常的，冬天常常零下十幾二十度也是正常的，甚至今年一月的其中一個禮拜，這裡成為了地球上最冷的地方 🥶☃️ 這樣一個冰天雪地的地方，一雙保暖的雪靴就顯得非常重要

雪靴要保暖，一般大家都只會聯想到使用動物的毛毛，的確動物的毛毛是很保暖，因為那是牠們用來保護自己身體的唯一皮毛啊！我們把牠的毛毛都拔光了，動物們還剩什麼來保暖呢？而且一般拔毛的過程都是非常血腥和殘忍的 😔 所以大家在選擇雪靴時，也盡量選擇無動物成份的鞋子吧，讓動物們也可以過個暖暖的冬天 🐰

「Call It Spring」是一個很低調的vegan鞋子品牌，有實體店和網店，沒有特別強調是vegan，鞋子基本看上去跟普通鞋子一樣。除了雪靴，也有其他各式各樣的款式。這雙雪靴除了美觀時尚外，還具備一定的功能喔，像是防滑防水 (看不出來吧)，當然比起真正的功能鞋，它的功能性比較差一點，但愛美的我，覺得這雙已經很利害了，我在零下30度的雪地上也是穿它喔！黃刀鎮看極光時也是穿著它 ☺️

"Call It Spring" is a very low-key vegan shoe brand. There are physical stores and online stores. The shoes basically look the same as ordinary shoes. In addition to snow boots, there are various other styles. This pair of snow boots also has certain functions, such as non-slip and waterproof (it doesn't look like, right?). Of course, compared with real functional shoes, its functionality is a bit worse, but according to its fashion style, I think this pair is already good enough. Under the situation that COVID-19 is getting worse and worse, I am still traveling? Not afraid? Where am I now? Is the virus serious here? How can I prevent the virus?

In fact, I already went abroad as early as May 2019. When COVID-19 broke out in Asia, I was in Calgary, Canada, and was very safe; I left Canada in February 2020 to travel, and it didn’t take long for Canada to start a big outbreak ; When I came to Mexico in mid-February, the number of confirmed patients was still in the single digits. Until March, it suddenly became more and more serious, and I felt that the virus was chasing us! I have to make a final decision!

I wish you all peace and health, and better have more fruits and vegetables ~

在COVID-19愈來愈嚴重的情況下，愛旅行的我居然不怕死？還繼續流浪？我現在到底在哪？這邊疫情嚴重嗎？我都怎麼防疫呢？

其實我早在2019年5月就已經出國了，COVID-19在亞州爆發時，我正在加拿大卡爾加利，安然無恙；2020年2月離開加國去流浪，沒多久，加國就開始大爆發；2月中來到墨西哥時，確診人數還在個位數，直到3月，突然愈來愈嚴重，感覺病毒都在追著我們跑！害我不得不做出最後的決策了！
