Enjoyed this song by Singapore talents 插班生 the Freshman written for “杂货店” (The Provision Shop), a telemovie directed by Royston Tan 陈子谦. I played the OST (official sound track) twice - first to absorb the lyrics, then to enjoy the images!

Today is the 125th anniversary of van gogh's death.

I learnt the song of "starry starry night" which is written and composed by Don McLean since I was only 12 years old.

It is all about Vincent Van Gogh.

Every time I was standing front of your artwork, especially your self portrait, I felt the pain inside strongly, indeed.

I couldn't imagine but I could manage to sense how painful you were when you attempted suicide by gun-shooting your chest while you were only 37years old. It was too overwhelming and painful for you.

This world was never meant for the One as beautiful as you.

Rest in peace, Vincent. The one with the beautiful soul.

I have to apologize to Kirby because I've been sitting on this video for almost an entire year. We actually shot it twice and I had trouble just being alright with the edit, but it isn't fair to Kirby to keep it hidden any longer, since he worked hard on the translation, mixing, etc. So here it is. Our cover of Payphone. This video has a very home-made feel to it I guess. It was winter and freezing cold and neither of us could barely move--but he did a lot better than I did. Haha. Thanks to Kirby for being flawless and Perf. :)
