Jom buat yogurt dan cheese block sendiri.
Mahal kalau beli ni...buat sendiri sng je sambil pejam mata.

Modal utk yogurt ialah susu 2 cawan, yogurt nestle 1 sudu.

Cara buat yogurt:
- Bancuh 2 cawan susu tepung 2 cawan air.
- Suamkan atas api sambil kacau. Api kecil.
Masukkan satu sudu yogurt nestle (sbg bahan ibunya). Kacau selama 5 minit atas api yg slow. Make sure susu tak panas, cuma 40'c saja.. iaitu Cuma suam kuku saja
-tutup api. Terus tuang dlm tupperware/bekas kaca. then masukkan dlm bekas polisterine putih mcm dlm pic. Pastikan susu suam suam supaya susu mesti rosak bila diperam. Jgn sejuk jgn panas.
- Biar selama 10 jam...dalam tempat/bilik yg gelap. Siap...
- Kalau nak flavour letak jam masa makan.

Modal utk buat cheese je mahal sket...nak 2 kilo susu+air. Tapi still murah.nanti i buat video buat cheese. Susah nak terangkan..
Dah untung rm200...heheh.

*cheese block ialau chese yg keras n potong kecil. Makan bersama roti dan barang2 lain. Nak letak atas pizza pun boleh. Saya mkn dgn salad buah jer.

Tok sigek kekecohan dongeng blaku di dunia ilusi sidak watak ngek di mana kekecohan blaku di butik D'Auni Cafe. Lokasi kejadian adalah di deretan Jun Rong di Taman Sukma, Kuching di mana ada urang molah hal sia kuatan nya sik cayak kedei ya njual macam2 barangan kedak produk kecantikan, baju, kain, kasut, tupperware n macam2 agik. Hampey huak obses!!! Saksi kejadian ialah Mak Tanggang! HAHAHAHAAH
Tedah ku nangga urang tua ya balit meli togey alu kenak sambar pestik togey nya. Maka urang kamboh d kedei, nya kamboh juak kenak sambar sia. Bececeran togey inggey jeraya. Ponek kata urang... Hahahaha... Yajak si cashier mulut bau taik ada udik tuka profession. Jadi wartawan indah! Ngerenak bena lah ya. ?
Ok! Jum kembali ke realiti! Haha. Ngek shoot video tuk di kedei berlokasi rah Taman Sukma ya. Kedei tok berkonsepkan vendor(mesti blur nak? Ngek sik tauk apa vendor tuk dolok). Vendor ya kira sigek kedei nyewa tempat ngan urang lain k ngkah produk k nya jual. So dlm kedei ya ada banyak urang yg menyewa tempat vendor ya utk jual barang sidak sia. Thats y la ada macam2 barang rah sia. Try la pg! Macam2!
