歌迷們多半因為覺得歌曲精準描寫了自己的人生衝突，於是喜愛他們。可能不會有太多人會在聽歌的時候邊想著：「啊，這就是Chester用慘烈的傷痕與刻印換來的訊號。」
告別令人難以承受，但我想我們更應該注意到的是，這世上多的是痛苦活著、苦痛撐住自己並揮灑生命的人，他們看來很好，事實上我們永遠無法承擔他們心中暗藏的疲勞，人生就是這麼累的一件事。
你不一定能發揮任何幫助，你了解就好，不，應該說，若你願意了解，基本上就已經算是一種幫助。

第四個階段，一位好友建議我買輪椅送給殘障人士，我馬上買了。
但我的朋友堅持要我陪他，並親手將輪椅送給殘障的兒童。
我就做了⋯⋯。
我親手將輪椅給那些需要的孩子們時，在他們的臉上，我看見特別快樂的光芒。我看見他們全坐在輪椅上，快活的四處轉動。很有趣⋯好像他們到了一個野餐的地方⋯
當我要離開時，有一個孩子緊緊抱住我的雙腿。我本來試著慢慢把腿移開，但這孩子卻一直瞪著我的臉⋯
我只好彎下腰來問他「你還需要什麼嗎？」
The answer of the child not only made me happy but also changed my life completely.
The child said *"I want to remember your face so that when I meet you in heaven, I will be able to recognize you and thank you once again"*
他的回答也完全改變了我的人生觀。
那個小孩說：
《我想要記住您的臉，這樣等我到了天堂，還能認出您，並且再次謝謝您。》

【絶対ふわふわ！スフレパンケーキ】
今日は、ふわふわの『スフレパンケーキ』を作りました！
スフレパンケーキは結構繊細で、少し配合を変えるだけで出来上がりが変わるのですが、いろいろ試してみたところ、このレシピならふわふわで型なしでも厚みがでて、とても美味しく仕上がります。あまり手抜きではなくて申し訳ないですが、意外と簡単なのに絶対にふわふわになる失敗知らずのレシピです。
昨日の卵黄を使ったアイスをお試しいただいて卵白が余っている方、ぜひお試しください♪
〈材料〉 ３枚分
卵黄 1個
卵白 2個
薄力粉 大さじ1と1/2
ベーキングパウダー 小さじ1/4
ヨーグルト 大さじ1
砂糖 大さじ2
バター 適量
