For a doctor, prescribed drugs are either portions for cure or evidence of mistakes. It is possible although difficult for a private doctor to 1. computerize all prescriptions to prevent transcription error, 2. positively identify each drug at check process instead of "roughly seeing" that drugs are "ok", 3. mentaly double check that the drugs dispensed meet needs of the particular patient.
