What's better than waking up to a hearty, yummy and fun breakfast? It's having your siblings to share it with you as you play, laugh and enjoy the carefree days together.
The kids (yes, not just the toddler but the sisters too!) are loving the new Gerber Graduates Cinnamon Graham Animal Crackers and Arrowroot Cookies - which are loaded with essential nutrientd like Vitamin E, zinc and calcium. It's a great first cookie to introduce to the little one who is very much into snacks and sweet stuff for now and keeps him happy when we are on the go too.
What heartened me most was seeing how the sisters would feed him and how they tried to engage him in the animal puppet play too. Awww, isn't it so wonderful to have not one, but two jiejies who love you to the moon and back?

We hired a car today to take us around Bali. I wasn't really sure what or where we would go for lunch so I packed her a little something from our hotel. She ate it all before I could get a picture so here's a random picture of our spicy yummy lunch!
Leaving this travel tip here for mamas and daddies that like to explore but don't necessarily want to adventure with teeny tiny's digestive system!
* I always pack a few empty containers in my suitcase if I'm not already bringing one on the plane w fruit/snacks/meals. It's good for the environment and so helpful when you're in a pinch!
* Most hotels will either serve or have some sort of whole fruit in the rooms or buffets. Those are your friend. There's a lovely guy that comes every afternoon to fill up our fruit bowl in the room, throughout the resort here they also have giant bowls of fresh fruits for guests or else you can always raid the breakfast buffet too. 😅🙈
Today I brought her mangosteens, green mandarins (sour), orange mandarins (sweet), pear, and a tiny banana. She loves fruit so this not only makes a nutritious snack but also fun and yummy and always pleasantly received too!
* For her main today, I had them blanch some broccoli and chicken from the noodle station, added a little chicken soup, some baby corn and mushroom from the hot stations, mixed it all w some steamed red rice and topped it w some of her leftover egg white omelette from this morning. I also had them make 2 hardboiled eggs at the egg station that I packed w me.
Sounds complicated but it's really easy and you can mix and mash her options!
When she was younger, for flavor, I would mash in some fruit too but now that she's older, I let her have some sauce of whatever we find!
Yesterday, she had pancake strips, broccoli, corn, cucumbers, watermelon, jackfruit, and chicken porridge!
Hope this helps. Let me know what other travel or toddler crazy tips you'd like! ❤️

You’re a good mom.
Just spotted this on another site and thought I’d share:
“To the mum who's breastfeeding: Way to go! It really is an amazing gift to give your baby, for any amount of time that you can manage! You're a good mum.
To the mum who's formula feeding: Isn't science amazing? To think there was a time when a baby with a mother who couldn't produce enough would suffer, but now? Better living through chemistry! You're a good mum.
To the cloth diapering mum: Fluffy bums are the cutest, and so friendly on the bank account. You're a good mum.
To the disposable diapering mum: Damn those things hold a lot, and it's excellent to not worry about leakage and laundry! You're a good mum.
To the mum who stays home: I can imagine it isn't easy doing what you do, but to spend those precious years with your babies must be amazing. You're a good mum.
To the mum who works: It's wonderful that you're sticking to your career, you're a positive role model for your children in so many ways, it's fantastic. You're a good mum.
To the mum who had to feed her kids from the drive thru all week because you're too worn out to cook or go grocery shopping: You're feeding your kids, and hey, I bet they aren't complaining! Sometimes sanity can indeed be found in a red box with a big yellow M on it. You're a good mum.
To the mum who gave her kids a home-cooked breakfast lunch and dinner for the past week: Excellent! Good nutrition is important, and they're learning to enjoy healthy foods at an early age, a boon for the rest of their lives. You're a good mum.
To the mum with the kids who are sitting quietly and using their manners in the fancy restaurant: Kudos, it takes a lot to maintain order with children in a place where they can't run around. You're a good mum.
To the mum with the toddler having a meltdown in the cereal aisle: they always seem to pick the most embarrassing places to lose their minds don't they? We've all been through it. You're a good mum.
To the mums who judge other mums for ANY of the above? Glass houses, friend. Glass houses.
