這影集讓我回想起二十五年前剛移民到澳洲的童年，尤其是帶便當那一幕超經典。

還有一次帶小章魚更是被嘲笑到還劃在黑板上。
我都不知道我怎麼在如此惡劣環境下撐過來的，中間過程打了無數次的架，也像影片中打對方的老二。
看這影片真的是會心一笑啊
Ps 剛入學第一年很常打架，因為聽不懂同學在笑我什麼，只要看到有同學用類似嘲笑的口吻我就一拳揮過去，為了保護自己我從十四歲就開始練舉重跟健身。打到後來沒人敢惹我，只是副作用是我太早練舉重，從十四歳之後就再也沒有長高惹

之前有提過我自己還滿喜歡收集設計特別或是畫風可愛的圖像單字書和字母書. 這次推薦的這本 "I Want to be a Ballerina" 是以職業作為單字的分類,它是硬頁書的版本,所以會推薦跟一歲以上的孩子共讀. 不過就裡面的一些單字來說,對小小孩是有點難了(不管是中文還是英文),所以我會建議使用這本單字書時重點放在讓孩子認識這些職業,和他們工作的地方還有工作時會用到的相關工具,而不是對單字本身的發音和記憶喔!不過我們大人倒是可以多認多記幾個單字,因為有些還滿實用的. (這本硬頁書的尺寸: 35 x 23cm)
關於單字的發音,我要再次推薦英國劍橋大學出版的字典線上版,不只可以同時查到單字的中文意思,還可以聽到英式和美式的發音,超級好用!!

One Thousand Things 是一本插圖風格和用色都非常特別的圖像單字書. 第一次推薦它是在2014年底,最近英國出版商說這本有再版印刷,所以一定要再次放進預購書單裡推薦給還沒認識它的朋友們. 這本的頁數超過70頁,主題非常豐富,會推薦跟3歲以上的孩子使用.
另外,剛開始學習認英文單字（不是死背喔,是先 認 識 它們) 的大孩子更是建議和他們使用圖像單字書,因為插圖總是會吸引孩子們的目光, 而且透過插圖可以加深他們對學到單字的印象. 孩子如果看到插圖就可以說出對應的單字; 或是聽到我們說出一個單字就能找出對應的插圖,我會說這樣就很棒了. 也可以透過遊戲的方式,增加刺激性和趣味性,這都是吸引孩子們想繼續學習下去的方法.
最後我想說的是, 關於背單字這件事,真的不用急, 除非孩子目前需要用英文寫功課,報告. 如果都還不需要, 那請記得,關於英文的學習,請先做興趣的培養,再做實力的養成,不管孩子幾歲開始學習英文都適用這模式. 學習真的沒有一步登天. 我不急著孩子要學會什麼,但我默默的希望這些共讀的點點滴滴會讓成為他們日後學習英文路上最大的原動力. 我始終相信,只要是做自己喜歡的事情, 即使遇到挫折,也不會輕易說放棄.

I've been teaching myself violin since last Summer! Finally felt confident enough to post a little something!
I haven't been posting songs and writing songs for the past year and a half because my vocal cords developed nodes :(
They are slowly healing but there is still a long way to go. On the bright side though, I picked up the violin, and I've been dancing a lot!
Other things that have happened in my life:
- Almost graduated University!
- Moved to Taiwan!
- Got invited to Korea to participate in a TV Show called K-pop Star.
I didn't make it onto the second round though! Haha. But I got to see BoA ^^
