Lihatlah kiri-kanan anda. Kemungkinan besar ada dikalangan kita yang diganggu emosi masalah kesihatan mental. Namun dipendam dan diharunginya sendiri. Tambahan lagi time pandemik ini. Perasaan terperangkap seumpama tiada jalan penyelesaian. Tetapi tetap senyum, tetap lawan demi keluarga kesayangan walaupun paksa.
Kalau kita betol-betol dengar, perhati, kadang-kadang hanya dengan bertanya khabar "Hi you OK?" mampu selamatkan mereka daripada terusan dilanda masalah kesihatan mental lebih kronik.
Kepada yang sedang berjuangan masalah mental, kamu tidak berseorangan. Mintalah bantuan. It is OK. Minta bantuan bukan tanda lemah, tetapi tanda keberanian! Kerana ia lagi susah untuk kita mengaku yang kita bermasalah dan perlukan bantuan, daripada mendiamkan diri.

Most of the time, most people like you and me will be happy back due to one factor or another. Maybe your family, maybe your loved ones, your friends or over the simplest happy songs that the radio channel serve up.
Unfortunately, some aren’t like that. Those 'some' maybe just among us. Especially during this global difficult time, it’s even more important for us to send out regular care for people around us. You never know who, even those smiling the most. This ill has no expression.
And for those 'some', do remember a simple fact. "There is hope and care, even your brain told you there isn’t".
