台中｜自由定價的剩食廚房
//全世界每年有13億公噸食物在整個食品供應鏈中被丟棄或浪費，這些食物足夠解決30億人的飢餓問題//
這次到訪台中，經 空屋筆記-免費的自由 Freegan達人宗翰的介紹下，來到了這家 華美社區剩食廚房，管理員們每天中午到附近的菜市場收集剩下來不要的菜，拿回店裡，部份免費轉贈居民，部份留到晚上做晚餐給客人。我檢查過大部份的菜，幾乎都是完好無缺的，只是長得比較醜而已，吃起來完全沒有問題耶～
在香港，有一家慈善機構 - 蔬乎里・蔬食廚房 默默地服務了社區14年，大概在一年前開始，每個禮拜六也會用一些比較醜比較賣不出去的有機蔬菜來做午餐，做出來的菜卻非常美味！
另外，香港有3個女生成立了 肥緊村 Fat Gun Village，還體驗了10天在香港不花錢的旅行，靠的就是撿剩食，你覺得可行嗎？這禮拜六她們還會有分享會呢～

During my visit to Taichung this time, I went to this leftover kitchen, the staffs collected the remaining foods in a wet market at noon every day, and took them back to the store. Some of them are free of charge to residents, and some are reserved for dinner at night. I have checked most of the foods, almost all of them are eatable, they are just more "ugly" compare to other foods, but they are actually have no problem at all.
In Hong Kong, there is a charity - Soulful Kitchen 蔬乎里・蔬食廚房 which has quietly served the community for 14 years, probably starting a year ago, they will use some organic vegetables that no one is willing to buy because they are more "ugly" to make lunch on every Saturday. The dishes made by those "ugly" veggies are actually very delicious!
In addition, there are 3 girls in Hong Kong who are the founder of 肥緊村 Fat Gun Village. They have also experienced 10 days of travel in Hong Kong without spending money. They ate all those leftover foods. Do you think it is possible? They will have a sharing to talk about it on this Saturday (sharing will be conducted in Cantonese)
