If you want a true blue Australian barbecue experience, the Surf & Turf Nasi Lemak is the dish for you. The dish comes with scallops, prawns, and a ribeye steak, all of which were grilled to perfection with a nice char and smokey flavour. The prawns and scallops are actually cooked using the oil from the sambal chilli sauce, adding a subtle spiciness to the seafood as well.
