Taiwan danbing/pancake 台湾蛋饼 for brunch. So easy to make! You need only egg, flour, corn flour, spring onion, salt and water.
1. Combine 300g water, 200g flour, 1 tablespoon corn flour, 1 egg, salt and spring onion. Mix well.
2. Scoop 2 ladle of mixture for 1 pancake. Pan fry on both side. Set aside.
3. Fry an egg on the pan. And stick the pancake on top.
4. Serve with chicken floss and mayonnaise. Roll and slice the pancake.
