In conjunction with Easter 🥚 , we had RABBIT Terrine 🐰 for entree. The bunny is not gamey and is mixed with apricot and pistachio, served with mustard, pickles 🥒 , and chargrilled bread 🍞 . The terrine itself is nutty and meaty. The concoction perfects a great balance between sweet, sour, savoury, and spicy by having it with all those condiments
