Snapped this a few weeks ago on a #jalanjalan at the Botanic Gardens. Our parks and attractions will be quiet for a while, as people stay indoors – a necessary step, to break the chain of COVID-19 infections. But they will be there waiting for us once the storm has passed, and it is safe to move about again. These flowers perhaps remind us that although things seem uncertain for now, we can build ourselves up again. – LHL

I think some of you have known that last night was my last stream as a full-time streamer. Im not good with long essay posts of my feels but here it goes
So to sum it up. I have decided to take a step back from streaming full time and focus on my life and career.
Honestly it has been an amazing past 3 years with all of you. All of the salt and laughter meant alot to me. Thank you all for tolerating my insanely lame puns and my raging potato moments. Thank you for supporting me even though I don't play trending games and Im sorry for my incapable brain for making me puke all the time HAHA. I love you guys <3
But this doesn't mean that I got snapped away from the earth! I will still be around doing some casual streams once in awhile. And doing content that I've always complained that I never had the time to do. And my long overdue gym transformation ugh. I wanna do videos and weird stuff cause well I'm weird. Which also means that I will have more time to work on the things that I owed you guys. Like the fansigns and merch that I never had the time to manage.
I have also started my new journey in Salty News Network (and yes I belong there as you can tell from the name itself, pls gib like)
It's a tiny little baby that I wanna work on and you could still support me along my journey.
Also I know I owe you guys my Patreon previously but I started a Ko-fi account instead so here: https://ko-fi.com/aisakamiharu
Thanks for reading this long post, I love you all <3

The Philadelphia 76ers played more like a playoff team than one mired in a miserable stretch of basketball.
Thaddeus Young had 26 points and 14 rebounds, Allen Iverson scored 20 points and the 76ers snapped a 12-game losing streak with a 117-101 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Monday night.
Iverson was a rookie the last time the Sixers lost 13 straight in the 1996-97 season. He played the best game of his four-game second stint in Philadelphia to help avoid another unlucky 13-game skid on his resume.
The Sixers had all five starters and two reserves score in double digits.
"We felt like once we did get a win, it was going to be extremely hard, one of the hardest games to win," Iverson said. "It was totally opposite."
Iverson hit the 20-point mark for the second straight game a day after his having his left knee drained of fluid. Young was sensational, using an 11-of-15 effort in the first half to give the Sixers a rare comfortable lead and easy win.
"It's been working for us, but we just couldn't get the win," Young said. "It really worked tonight."
Looking for a spark, 76ers coach Eddie Jordan benched power forward Elton Brand and paired rookie Jrue Holiday in the backcourt with Iverson. Jordan's move worked: Holiday had 15 points, seven rebounds and six assists.
"He just put us in a good rhythm tonight and had us flowing," Iverson said.
Brand, who was previously benched in some fourth quarters, said it was hard to complain about his role after a victory. He just can't believe he's considered a bench player early in the second year of an $80 million, five-year deal.
"When you look around at other teams, yeah," Brand said. "It's like, no disrespect, but [Golden State's] Mikki Moore gets the start and I don't. Not that he's not a good player, but, definitely."
Andre Iguodala left briefly with bruised ribs and scored 14 points on brutal 4-of-20 shooting. He's day-to-day and was not expected to practice Tuesday.
Corey Maggette led the Warriors with 24 points and Anthony Randolph had 15. Golden State lost its third straight in the finale of a five-game trip that started Dec. 7.
"You can't make excuses about a long trip," Maggette said.
Iverson's return generated a short burst of excitement, but not wins. His box office appeal is already lukewarm with only 12,795 fans listed to watch a slumping Sixers team.
Iverson joked at shootaround that after his ill-fated stint with Memphis, he sat home "trying to get fat." He wasn't in game shape and the Sixers came in with a bloated 18 losses.
He teamed with Young to make eight of 11 shots in the first quarter to help build a 12-point lead. Young really got rolling in the second quarter. He kept close to the basket and used a flurry of layups to score 14 points. He did hit a nice turnaround jumper that stretched the lead to 15.
Iverson capped the half by drawing a midair foul with 1 second left, hitting two free throws to make it 71-57.
Philadelphia won for only the third time in 19 games and its 12-game losing streak was the longest since 2006. Iverson was around for the start of that one three years ago before he was traded and the end of this one after his return.
Iverson acknowledges the years of banging down the lane and crashing the court have taken a severe toll on his 34-year-old frame. He's limited at shootarounds and practices -- by coaches decision, not complaint -- and no longer has the quickest first step in the league.
"I've been dealing with that the last 5, 6 years I've been playing," Iverson said. "I understand that when I fall or hit something that it flares up or gets irritated a lot faster than it used to. That comes from getting older."
By the time the fourth quarter rolled around, Iverson could rest. Willie Green's 3-pointer with 9:10 left in the fourth gave the Sixers 102 points, meaning free food at a fast-food restaurant for the few fans who bought tickets.

The Japanese holiday Setsubun is coming up soon, so we made some tasty demon shorts! Why demon shorts? Traditionally, during setsubun, a member of a family will where a Oni ("demon") mask while the rest of the family throws roasted soybeans at them screaming: "Demons out! Luck in!" (Oni wa soto! Fuku wa uchi!). These steamed buns are in the shape of a traditional demon's shorts. Enjoy!
*Recipe* (for four rectangular molds with the each bottom measuring 5 x 8 cm)
1. Put 60g of sliced cheese (3-4 slices) torn into small pieces in 30g of milk.
2. Heat it up in a microwave oven set at 600w for about 50 seconds.
3. Mix it to melt the cheese and leave it to cool.
4. Whisk an egg in a bowl.
5. Add 25g of sugar and mix.
6. Add 50g of milk and mix.
7. Add pancake mix and mix.
8. Add 3 and mix.
9. Add 15g of salad oil and mix.
10. Pour the mix in the mold (approximately 75g each). This time I used molds from the 100 yen shop to create the pants-like shape, but you can use anything which can withstand heat. You can also substitute this with cling wrap or aluminum foil folded in a round shape. I think that you can also make this by folding thick paper or milk carton.
11. Pour water in a pot and place 10 into it. When the buns are steamed from cold water, the surface is unlikely to crack. Though steam buns with cracks look yummy, they look strange if the pants have cracks, so for this, I steamed the buns using this method.
12. Steam 10 more minutes after the water boils.
13. Using a bamboo skewer, check if the inside is cooked.
14. Spread salad oil thinly on a frying pan with teflon coating and put it on the stove.
15. Put salad oil on the surface of a mold pattern made of thick paper.
16. Place 15 on 14, and press 13 on this to brown the buns leaving a pattern.
17. Eat. No doubt someone should appreciate this effort. But no, there were no reactions from my family. I asked my second son who happened to be in the kitchen when the steamed buns were done, "What does this look like?" and he snapped, "What's that? It's like asking 'How old do you think I look?'" To the student facing entrance examinations, I'm sorry, I was wrong. When you leave the buns overnight, the flavor of the pancake mix and cheese settle and they become tastier.

For this episode, we destroyed a $1,111 Sushi Challenge Mukbang courtesy of ShopBack! We bought more than $1,000 worth of vouchers on ShopBack that we used on delivery platforms (GrabFood, Deliveroo and FoodPanda) to order a host of sushi and alcohol. ShopBack is a cashback and reward platform that allows you to get a certain % of cash back with every purchase, with over 1,000 brands available on the platform.
We ordered so much that we genuinely lost track of the food, but it was an overall enjoyable mukbang experience as we ate a variety of fresh sushi and sashimi from restaurants all over Singapore. We even rounded it off with refreshing cider and wine that woke our palates. To top it all off, we got 10% ($100+) of cash back thanks to ShopBack! We valiantly pushed through this mukbang but with such a truly massive amount of food, we were unable to complete the Sushi Challenge. None of the food went to waste, being given to friends, family and foreign workers.
