【 外交書信怎麼寫？談川普的另類外交書信 】
今天有一則有趣的新聞，就是川普寫了一封非常另類的外交書信給土耳其總統Recep Tayyip Erdogan，這封信不但非常露骨，而且語帶威脅，完全不是外交書信應該要有的樣子。
其實讓我好奇的不是川普的風格，而是這封信如何出國務院辦公室。一般來說，外交書信由承辦人寫好，層層改稿，總統只負責簽名。
但這封信該不會是川普自己打的吧？真是親力親為啊！
