Blessed 43rd birthday to you my love Amilee Kang !! Hope you enjoyed yesterday's birthday lunch at Jewel Changi Airport's A&W with Mae and I, and after that we had a fun time at the Pokemon Center, before stopping to give you an ice cream treat at Anderson's! I'm thankful that you aren't the type that covets luxury or personal glory, but rather prefer simple, fun, and enjoyable celebrations with those closest to you. I cleaned and tidied the bedroom and makeup table so that's one more present for you...hehe! I'm just so excited about the days, months, and years we have in store to make more memories and to worship the Lord together. I'm sure good days are ahead for us and the restoration for every loss and persecution will be amazing. Love you my love!!

Such a great time spent with my love Amilee Kang yesterday while Maeleth was in school.
We had a simple Vietnamese lunch with my favorite pho and goi cuon as an advanced birthday celebration for myself (actual day is 2 Jan).
The place has bad service with rude waitresses, but the yummy food makes me keep coming back. But the standard has dropped—the goi cuon skin is too tough.
After that, we went for a relaxing stroll by the beach and chilled on swings. 💖

At night, when Mae was browsing through Amilee’s phone, she saw the photos and asked when did we take these (*oops*).
Amilee said that we did so while she was in school, and Mae replied, “But you can eat at home.” In other words, we can only eat out if we bring her along.
See, this is exactly why we need couple time alone without Mae because she wants to be included in everything 😂
