At a recent self development class I learnt that, the best person to help U, is U! Only you can get yourself off the couch to do something good & productive, with the permission & help of Allah.
We are all just human & have our on and off days, but no matter how 'off' you think you are, Allah will always light your way through the darkness, back to him, you just need to focus with your heart and find it!
