Walaupun aku rasa masih belum tiba masa yang sesuai untuk mendedahkan perkara ini sebab masih belum capai berat target tapi demi coach2 #JK1M tersayang @hisyamuddinsiddiq.zarni dan @muhamadiahiskandar, lemme tell ya about my story.
Kisahnya memang aku gemuk & aku suka makan. I was only 2.6kg when I was born dan aku membesar dan terus membesar lagi2 lepas graduate sambil tunggu kerja sampai naik 86kg dan dengan tinggi cuma 162.5cm, I was morbidly obese back then. Masa tu dah la baru posting. Mak aku cakap jadi cikgu ni baju kurung kena banyak. Tapi masa tu baju2 aku semua habis tak muat langsung nak pakai sampai kena buat baju baru. I still remember my first week in school, ada budak ni cakap "eee cikgu gemuknya" hahahaha kuajo! From that moment on, I knew I just gotta do something. So I started to slowly workout.
As of 16/1/2016, the first day I joined #JK1M, my weight was 81.7kg.
That means I only lost 4.3kg in five months since 17/8/2015, tarikh aku mula2 posting dulu tu.
But on the final 6th week of #JK1M, my weight went down to 74.9kg which means I managed to lose 6.8kg in only six weeks!
Masa tu semangat berkobar2 nak get in shape. Hampir setiap hari dok pakai baju2 lama sebab tak sabar nak slim. Hampir hari2 jugak lah dok tengok gambar pompuan lawa2 seksi2 sebab nak motivate diri sendiri. Wallpaper phone pun gambar bontot orang hahahaha.
So I continued doing apa yang aku belajar dan diajar sepanjang 6 minggu program #JK1M. Diet 70%, workout 30%. Hari Ahad sebelum raya Julai 2016, berat aku jadi 64kg, dengan peratus otot melebihi peratus lemak dalam badan. Masa tu badan memang rasa fit gila. Setakat marathon 10km tu dah biasa hahahaha riak pulak ahem.
So in total, I've lost 17.7kg since the first day I joined #JK1M.
Cuma umm jujurnya, bila dah masuk zon selesa tu, aku dah mula tak jaga makan & dah mula malas workout. And to be frank, aku menyesaaaallllll makan banyak2 tak henti2 2,3bulan ni hahahahahahahaha. Tapi Kak Ceni cakap tak baik cakap "menyesal"
