上星期，我同事提出一係減薪，一係接受佢請辭。

「啲view數好似冇升過，你請我返嚟剪片，我都幫唔到你，唔好意思呀！一係你出少5000蚊人工比我，一係我辭職啦，而家啲廣告真係少咗好多，我出呢份糧會唔好意思㗎！」

我請呢個同事返嚟，主力係負責執圖同埋剪片，由於社會因素同埋武漢肺炎，廣告每況愈下，上個月創埋新低，我開始要動用自己嘅積蓄去搞同事出糧。

作為一個老細，run一盤生意根本就冇穩賺呢回事，公司生意唔好，唔等於員工冇付出、冇做嘢，「共度時艱」呢4隻字係相向嘅，老闆們成日叫員工陪公司共度時艱，咁點解唔可以係老闆陪員工共度時艱？班員工識光合作用，唔使交租唔使食飯㗎？

YouTube係我呢位同事負責嘅其中一環，我知道佢好努力，因為YouTube係要花好多時間，先唔計諗題材同埋用對腳行出去拍片，淨係睇「頭cut」再寫所有對白都要用大半日，然後錄音就一定係凌晨，夠靜吖嘛，每次錄完VO我都係睇埋日出。

YouTube對我哋嚟講係好尷尬，後生嘅唔睇我，年長一輩亦唔會欣賞我哋嘅風格，個channel跌咗落個坑度，再簡單啲講，成件事係吃力不討好。

睇住啲view唔升，follower冇多，我呢位同事經常自責，不過我想講，佢真係好勤力，好多時凌晨兩三點msg我，問我關於影片嘅嘢，而更多時候係佢剪好晒，催我嗱嗱聲錄VO。坦白講，剪片、加effect、配樂、打字幕，係一件好辛苦嘅事，我肯定佢捱夜唔會比我少。

所以我同佢講，人工唔會減，都唔接受辭職，默默做好一件事總會有人欣賞，努力好重要，耐心同埋堅持都好重要。

然後我同事又講：「唔係呀，我真係夠錢用，出呢份糧唔好意思。」

我：「喺香港打工，千祈唔好做壞規矩，有做嘢就要出糧，天經地義，唔好再講咩唔好意思喇，加油啦！」

有時做人唔應該成日唔好意思，你唔好意思追返嘅債，會成為人哋嘅意外之財，多謝都唔會同你講句；你唔好意思向佢表白嘅人，最終會同你成為擦肩而過嘅陌路人；你唔好意思提出嘅要求，久而久之就會被默認為冇任何要求；你唔好意思拒絕，人哋就會老馮搵你笨柒；遇到唔公平嘅事唔好意思開聲，對方就會踩到你上心口。唔好成日都唔好意思，愈唔好意思，愈容易令自己嘅人生冇意思。

😍 ทริปนี้จีจี้พาทุกคนมาหาเรื่องเที่ยวกันที่ ‘สถานตากอากาศบางปู’ เป็นสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวพักผ่อนตากอากาศติดชายทะเล ชื่อว่าบางปูไม่ได้พามาดูปูนะคะ แต่จะพามาดูฝูงนกนางนวลที่จะอพยพนกมาที่นี่ 1 ปี มีแค่ 1 รอบเท่านั้น เราสามารถเดินไปดูนกได้ที่ ‘สะพานสุขตา’ เป็นสะพานปูนสีขาวที่ทอดยาวยื่นไปในทะเล ถ้าไปในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม-กุมภาพันธ์ของทุกปี จะมีฝูงนกนางนวลที่อพยพหนีหนาวมาที่นี่จำนวนมาก เราสามารถให้อาหารนกจากมือได้พร้อมถ่ายรูปอัพลงโซเชียลกันได้รัวๆ เลย มาที่นี่ไม่ต้องห่วงเรื่องปากท้องเลยค่ะเพราะที่ปลายสะพานสุขตามีอาคาร ‘ศาลาสุขใจ’ ที่มีร้านอาหารอร่อยๆ ให้เราเข้าไปทานให้อิ่มท้องได้เลย และยังมี ‘ป่าชายเลน’ ให้เราสามารถเดินเข้าไปศึกษาธรรมชาติของป่าชายเลนได้ด้วยนะ ตกเย็นก็ยังมีอีกหนึ่งไฮไลท์ เราสามารถดูพระอาทิตย์ตกที่สะพานสุขตาพร้อมดูนกแบบชิลๆ กันได้ด้วย 📷🌅

🚗💨 การเดินทางไปบางปูง่ายมากค่ะ สามารถนั่ง BTS มาลงสถานี ‘เคหะฯ’ ต่อสองแถวสายปากน้ำ-บางปู มาลงฝั่งตรงข้ามสถานตากอากาศบางปู ต่อจากนั้นข้ามสะพานลอยมาก็ถึงแล้ว แต่ถ้าใครขับรถมาที่นี่ก็มีบริการให้จอดรถฟรีด้วยนะ เดินทางสะดวกขนาดนี้ต้องมาหนีเที่ยวกันแล้วทุกคนน ✨
