Came home last night and found a mystery package from The Coca Cola Foundation and John Tung Foundation. To my surprise it was a set of four jump ropes. Didn't know what it was for but Makayla insisted I teach her so we all went out and jump roped today. I used to love jump roping but my gosh!!!! I had forgotten how tiring it was. I still remember my dad telling me that if I practiced jumping with my rope everyday, I would not only grow taller but it would also help me with my basketball footwork and increase my stamina. We think this "Rope Skipping For Healthy Lifestyle" event is awesome, thanks for sending us the jump ropes, and we challenge all of our fans to go jump with your family and get healthy. I'm gonna try to jump more so that you can all see my waist again, haha! #ropeskippingforhealthylifestyle
