Don't make all your own work... ask husband to make it.. say husband BZ ask for family please... say BZ too.. then take CL / midwife to take care of mommy.
Avoid eating pelik2 during confinement.. refer to the confinement food set on page 140.
Don't be alone when abstain.... if you feel like someone whisper '.. quickly install Surah Ruqyah at home....
For Mommy.. Yes.. of course we make our husband happy & try to do the best for the family... but know.. if mommy is healthy... then the children will be happy too.... =)

Teachers are the second most important socialisation agent after parents. Their role today is not just to educate but also to mould students' behaviour.
A recent video of a student complaining about her physical education teacher making inappropriate jokes and saying it’s okay to rape has gone viral on social media.
I urge the authorities to investigate the matter immediately and stern action must be taken against the teacher instantly.
The issue of rape is a serious matter and a heavy offence. As such, it shouldn't be joked about and taken lightly of regardless of the situation. I commend this girl for using her voice and social media platform to voice out a very serious matter.
