Garlic crust ribeye roast prime rib for thanksgiving dinner with very corny soup。感恩節晚餐,慢烤肋眼牛排+玉米湯。
肉本身不錯 USDA prime,在台灣要找這麼一長條也不容易。一定要做些事前準備,基本一點鹽在冰箱放置一天,第二天放到室溫再放一些鹽胡椒香料芥末,先最大火烤至15分鐘。然後拿出來再上特製大蒜泥。可惜小烤箱溫度不好控制再加上忘了時間,有點烤過頭。比較均溫的大烤箱效果一定更好。不過還是香氣十足肉質軟嫩,含水量沒流失掉。吃不完的第二天還可以切成薄片做roast beef sandwich。
簡單又不簡單的玉米湯,誰都會,上至高級西餐廳下至平價自助餐。紅蘿蔔先跟奶油炒過,再放入洋蔥大蒜再炒過,然後再加入王米一起。香氣出來後入高湯20分鐘,熄火後再用攪拌棒。過濾後再開火20分鐘調味加鮮奶油。
