耳塞
眼睛可以自行閉上，耳朵卻沒有關閉功能，所以對聲音敏感的人，想隔絕聲音的騷擾睡覺得靠耳塞了。不過有個壞處是戴耳塞令人減低警覺性，萬一有火警發生，隔音功能超級好的耳塞就會令你置身於危險之中。

抱枕
