骨盆疼痛的問題😬
這個禮拜去了舊金山,每一天不小心走了好幾公里上上下下。後來我的骨盆開始痛然後我們發現是因為我的身體現在有很多“relaxin hormone” (松弛激素??). 這個是幫助我們骨盆“松”一點所以比較好生。 但是現在是讓我的骨盆有一點太鬆了,位子可能也跑掉了。不知道你們有沒有同一個問題。 我自己覺得這幾個影片還滿有幫助- 你們可以試試看。 游泳也很爽! 哈哈:)

I have the beginning of Symphysis pubis dysfunction (ie. pain in the groin when I try and walk uphill, climb stairs, or yes, try and balance on one leg while I put on underwear).
After some research, it looks like this is quite common and caused by my body releasing too much relaxin. Who would have ever thought that it would be BAD to be TOO relaxed. Shame we can't bottle this stuff up and sell it.
Anyway, hope you're not having the same kind of groin and pelvic pain I got (from climbing up and down the streets of San Francisco), but if you are, here are some videos I found quite helpful:

很多人認為 寶寶經過產道下面會鬆,所以執意選擇剖腹產,這完全是錯誤的迷思!!
造成鬆絕對不是寶寶經過產道的原因⋯
自然產的好處,寶寶經過產道因為擠壓提升自主呼吸,有效防止新生兒窒息,還有 血液中包含的免疫球蛋白 IgA、IgG、IgM等,比剖腹產的孩子水平要高。
因被產道擠壓,大約三分之一的肺液被擠出,這其中包括有肺泡內液,支氣管及氣管內液,有利於預防濕肺和新生兒吸入性肺炎的發生。
對孕婦來說 自然產恢復快,傷口小減輕疼痛時間,也可以提早有適度運動及走動,提升媽媽體力提早恢復身材,總之對媽媽來說 絕對好處多多。
也就是 非醫學必要,請一定要選擇自然產,你下面鬆 絕對不是因為寶寶撐開,因為上帝的奧秘 女生的下面肯定可以塞入12根台版的錱鑫香腸,頂多瞬間撐開造成撕裂傷而已。
那為什麼T妹產後依然緊的嚇嚇叫,包括很多妹?!
如果要講鬆 反而要擔心的是肚子,因為長期被撐著,不是瞬間一下而已,但我反而沒有妊娠紋,我躺著不運動肚子很快恢復彈性⋯
懷孕後期體內分泌的「弛緩素」(relaxin),造成全身關節、韌帶、結締組織的鬆弛,增加骨盆的柔軟度,讓寶寶好生出來而已,產後也會逐漸恢復。
國外研究也指出自然產和剖腹產,跟陰道鬆緊度沒有差別,性生活滿意度也差不多,產後如果想讓陰道更快恢復彈性,應該多做凱格爾運動促進骨盆底肌及陰道肌肉收縮,基本上陰道在生產完6週以後就可以恢復到懷孕前的狀態。
陰道就像橡皮筋,拉開後會自動縮回,跟男生的懶覺一樣,不必擔心產後「回不去」。
誰可以相信他的幻想與信仰,但不要到處嚇別人⋯ 根本沒有撐一下就鬆的道理。
這跟你的年紀增長、與產後疲勞度、身體機能老化有關,也就是說身體的老化才會造成 下面乾澀、鬆弛等原因。
這不是寶寶造成的!真的是想太多⋯ 除非他9個月都卡在陰道裡,這才會導致撐鬆,寶寶平常是在子宮裡,而且我產後兩個星期,回診子宮已經恢復到原本的大小。
很多媽媽都有同感是,生完小孩因為照顧上,長期睡眠不足等原因,讓自己瞬間老5~10歲!是身體因為疲憊加速老化造成「鬆弛的元兇」,因為錯誤的迷思,才會有人認為,是不是被寶寶撐鬆了?!自然產成為全民公敵。
例如我30歲自然產(緊度跟少女一樣),但一位50歲沒有生小孩的婦女,下面卻沒有彈性與保濕度,這就是「身體老化原因」。

Hey, guys. Welcome to the first part of the vlogging series - Euro Trip 2018. Our first destination of the trip is to the capital of Portugal - Lisbon.
Unlike other capitals around Europe, Lisbon is not starkly modernised and commercialised and you can really get a sense of authenticity when traveling to this wonderful city. This can be seen through the way of life of the people, the buildings and transportations (e.g. trams), and even the artistic vibes in the form of graffiti art in every corner of the city.
If you want to travel somewhere quiet and relaxin for a short getaway, yet still stay within the comforts and convenience of a city, I highly recommend Lisbon!
