Meet the newest member of Las Cafeteras @yoyoma ✨😄

Before Headlining the @hollywoodbowl tonight - he came to the Barrio to jam out and sing “La Bamba Rebelde” with us ❤️ He didn’t announce it - he didn’t do it for promotion or for “likes” - he just wanted to go to different parts of the city and connect & learn & share

Earlier in the day he met with Cultural workers like @ronfinleyhq and played alongside Tongva artist @kelly_mija

After the meeting with LA organizers - he met us at Hollenbeck Park … we walked through the neighborhood … took pictures with @corissahernandez as we passed by @houseofxelas … walked over to Mariachi Plaza and played for the Mariachis waiting for the next gig ❤️ Right in front of Santa Cecilia Restaurant (the Patron Saint of Music)

I was able to meet @yoyoma the person - not the artist - we joked and laughed & talked about how music is medicine … and how important culture & connection is at this time

2. 古巴國營電台 Radio Rebelde 引述內政部消息，確認當地週一（12日）警民衝突期間有一名男子死亡。這是古巴於本週日（11日）爆發大規模反政權示威以來，官方首次證實有民眾在示威期間喪生。

3. 黎巴嫩貝魯特有數以百計民眾示威，抗議政府阻撓有關去年8月貝魯特港口大爆炸的調查。

4. 美國海軍公佈消息，確認近岸戰鬥艦查里斯頓號（USS Charleston）在南海進行射擊演習。美國國務卿布林肯（Antony Blinken）重申，美方不會接受中國在南海的非法海洋主張，並且會支持在南海議題上遭中國壓迫的東南亞國家。

5. 台灣花蓮今早發生黎克特制5.2級地震（即芮氏規模5.2），隨後發生逾廿次餘震。

6. 香港警方今早拘捕元朗區議員何惠彬，指他涉嫌企圖刑事恐嚇，下週四（22日）提堂。

7. 據路透社報道，巴基斯坦北部開伯爾—普什圖省今早有一輛巴士發生爆炸，造成至少13人死亡，死者包括兩名巴基斯坦士兵及九名中國公民。

- 中國外交部發言人趙立堅今天主持例行記者會，稱中方對巴基斯坦發生炸彈襲擊、造成中方人員傷亡感到震驚，中方譴責襲擊行動。根據中國駐巴基斯坦大使館的公告，遇襲的中國公民為中國企業在巴基斯坦某個項目的人員。

Mirando hacia atrás me doy cuenta que en silencio siempre tuve una mentalidad rebelde. Por ejemplo, este pensamiento era recurrente en mí:

—Si la vida es para estudiar, conseguir un empleo, hacer familia, hacer dinero para mantener a la familia, comprar propiedades para ser alguien en la sociedad, envejecer y morir; y si eso todo el mundo lo hace... ¿para qué carajos tengo que hacerlo yo?—
Y en serio, ¿para qué carajos lo harías tú? Bueno, si quieres seguir viviendo bajo las normas de la sociedad porque eso te da un sentido total de satisfacción interna, sigue adelante. Pero si no te sientes para nada satisfecho... ¿qué esperas para empezar a escribir tus propias normas?
A mi me llamaron (y seguro que aún lo hacen) desubicada y perdida. Eso va a pasar. Es normal pues los demás también tienen miedo. Pero tú que estás aquí leyendo ya sabes que tienes el libre albedrío de hacerlo diferente y todo el poder para lograrlo. Así que... adelante.
