☛ slim 苗條的、纖細的
[especially of people attractively thin]
slim legs 纖細的雙腿
slim hips 窄窄的屁股
a slim figure 一副苗條身材
☛ slender 苗條的、纖細的
[thin and delicate, often in a way that is attractive]
Joseph put his hands around her slender waist.
(喬瑟夫摟住了她纖細的腰。)
☛ thin (身體) 瘦的，不肥的
[(of the body) with little flesh on the bones]
Her wrists are thin.
(她的手腕很細。)
**be as thin as a rake 骨瘦如柴
☛ skinny 非常瘦的、皮包骨的
[very thin]
Joseph is too skinny.
(喬瑟夫實在是太瘦了。)
☛ scrawny 皮包骨的
[unpleasantly thin, often with bones showing]
These models keep themselves scrawny for surviving in the industry.

☛ gaunt 骨瘦如柴的、憔悴的
[very thin, especially because of sickness or hunger]
Her face was gaunt and grey.

[very thin and weak, usually because of illness or extreme hunger]

☛ petite (女子)嬌小的
[if a woman or girl is petite, she is small and think in an attractive way]

☛ plump 豐滿的、發福的
[polite word for FAT]
He is rather fat. = He is rather plump.
☛ chubby (尤指兒童) 圓圓胖胖的、胖乎乎的、豐滿的
[especially of children) fat in a pleasant and attractive way
chubby legs 胖乎乎的腿
chubby cheeks 圓胖胖的臉
☛ overweight 肥胖的
