七夕の日の食卓に飾り巻き寿司はいかがでしょうか？
今日は四海巻きという巻き寿司の作り方をご紹介します( ^ω^ )♪
断面がとてもきれいです⭐
オクラを使った細巻きもオクラの星型で七夕感が増します♪ byめぐみん
◆量 3〜4人前
◆時間 00：50
◇道具
耐熱ボウル
ボウル
まきす
包丁
まな板
鍋
◇食材
--すし酢
米酢 40ml
砂糖 大さじ2
塩 小さじ2
--飾り巻き寿司
米飯 300g
すし酢 大さじ2
米飯 150g
ゆかり 適量
海苔 3.5枚
厚焼き玉子 1cm角で海苔に合わせた長さ
サーモン 1cm角で海苔に合わせた長さ（もしくはつなげる）
--オクラ巻き寿司
米飯 150g
すし酢 大さじ1
オクラ 2本
海苔 1/2枚
ねり梅 適量
-◇手順
--すし酢
1. 米酢、砂糖、塩を耐熱容器に入れ混ぜたら、600Wの電子レンジで20秒さらに混ぜて砂糖や塩を溶かす。
--飾り巻き寿司
1. すし飯とゆかりご飯をつくる。すし飯は温かいご飯にすし酢を入れ、ご飯をきるように混ぜる。
2. 寿司海苔を水をつけて2枚つなげる。手前にゆかりご飯を全体の1/3に広げる。その先にすし飯を広げる。
3. 手前から巻き、うず巻きをつくる。
4. 渦巻状にしたものを四つ割りにする。
5. サーモンと厚焼き玉子を海苔の長さに合わせて細長く切る。
6. 寿司海苔1枚と0.5枚を水をつけてつなげる。
7. つなげた海苔の上に4の四つ割りにした渦巻状の巻き寿司を、ご飯の方を海苔側において、真ん中にサーモンと厚焼き玉子を重ねる。その上に残りの渦巻状の巻き寿司をのせる。
8. 四角の形が崩れないように巻く。
--オクラ巻き寿司
1. すし飯をあわせる。
2. オクラを茹でる。
3. 寿司海苔にすし飯を広げ、ねり梅、茹でたオクラをのせ巻く。
