Right after I gave birth to seth I realised that I don't actually want to lose weight anymore, but I want to be stronger.
I've lost my core strength, my breathing placement wasn't smooth when I sing.. Sha rasa bila kita jaga anak kan, kita tak kuat, meaning tgn kita takde muscle langsung, agak mencabar la untuk sha sbb seth kan bambam 😂 selalu rasa Tulang belakang sakit, tangan sakit..bila dah badan sakit kita pun jadi malas dab tak terurus la.. Bila mak mak kat rumah dah give up, hancur pula rumah nanti sbb mak adalah teras yang paling penting Dan utama dalam rumah ❤️that's why sha decide after recording I can see your voice tu, sha dah taknak toleh ke belakang.. I want to be stronger and healthier.. So after 6 months of #postcsection
sha start workout 2 months ago since 15th of march, I felt so much better now! Lepas tu kita tiba2 ada pkp pula kan, sha macam "okay perfect" boleh buat routine baru. Banyak la benda yang sha discover pasal diri sha and sha belajar.
Kalau nak explain apa sha buat kat sini tak habis tulis, should I make a video for it? 😅
