前幾天上了一個Podcast節目 台灣通勤第一品牌，很多朋友都有在聽，作為地下電台的學長我也先🦐挺一波。
搭配兩位主持人的特色笑聲，我們聊了很多過往趣事，但高雄的市政議題我是沒在開玩笑的，包括地方治水、母語教育，還有年輕朋友相當關心的音樂文化產業。
#Podcast 近年在台灣相當流行，我認為保持開放謙卑的態度、掌握趨勢、超前部署，才能夠不斷吸收新觀念、新思維，持續進步。
我會繼續努力，為我的故鄉服務，讓高雄成為台灣的第一品牌。

＃對任何事物都保持懷疑態度

台灣自從疫情爆發以來，每天都有無數新資訊，有的看來合情合理，有的讀了心生恐懼，有的義正嚴詞罵來罵去。
無論哪一種，就算有人大張旗鼓說自己握有真理，我們都該保持懷疑態度。可以信，但不能全信。
任誰都容易被牽引，尤其當說出這些話的，來自你信任的人，抑或是天塌下來都不會害你的家人，但往往你愈是深信不已，最後都會發現，傻的是自己。
我是傻子。
有天突然很想吃烏龍麵，打開app想叫外送，天人交戰。
因為，曾聽一個信任的朋友說，烏龍麵超級胖的，再加上她用加重語氣，我驚嚇，然後相信了。
之後長達三年時間，烏龍麵變拒絕往來戶，吃火鍋看到朋友點，都覺得勇氣可嘉，我都點清新可人，白透無害的『冬粉』。
app畫面停留半天，在猶豫要不要這麼過分，抱著罪惡的心態，上網查一下有多胖好了，再衡量一下要不要吃。
不 敢 相 信 我 的 眼 睛 ！！！！！！！
麵食類的熱量排行榜，12位選手，烏龍麵竟然是第12名，熱量最低的！！！！？？？？
然後三年來我一直狂吃的『冬粉』呢，熱量竟然是烏龍麵的『三倍』『三倍』『三倍』！
如果可以吃烏龍麵，誰要吃冬粉呢
＃愈是看起來無害的愈要小心
職場上曾遇過一種人，一起共事遇到了阻礙，同事抱怨連連，覺得老闆這樣硬弄ㄤ堆，但，誰都不想當那個黑掉的人，你不為考績，我還要為我車貸房貸操一份心，於是，說好了，一起跟長官反應，你說一點我說一點，找個人壯膽，言詞較足以採信。
總是要有人先起個頭，努力深吸一口氣，要不我先說吧，說完了，跟同事使個眼色，接棒，換他。
長官問：就這樣嗎？還有呢？
同事開口：嗯，對，我認同他說的！
＃跌一次跤學一次乖
還有那麼一種人，說好互相幫忙，你好我也好，大家都好，台灣都好，世界都好，全宇宙都好。
你盡了全力幫忙，然後對方開始裝傻已讀不回，不讀不回。
我們真的不能決定，對方把我們擺在哪一個圈圈，是不是優先處理範圍，至少我們知道，我們言出必行，內心良善，沒有想佔人便宜。

看到很多對於少子女化、低生育率的討論，我覺得開啟更多文化、經濟、性別觀點的討論，真是好事。
不寫長文，簡單寫一下幾個想法：
1. 少子女化是不是事實？ 是。
2. 少子女化會不會是國家問題？ 會。
3. 台灣少子女化有沒有可能逆轉？ 不可能了。 （請查閱國發會研究報告）
4. 為什麼需要叫女人多生小孩？ 有什麼辦法叫女人多生小孩？ 🙄再怎麼逼，都不可能再多多少了。女人不是你給錢就會生的。
5. 能怎麼辦？
👉 改變環境與文化，讓願意生的早點生，生孩子之後的處境好一點。
👉 改變經濟與產業型態，不然勞動力市場永遠不會足夠。
👉 整個社會對於生育的觀念和制度都要改，沒有「正確」和「不正確」的生育資格，不同年齡與階段生育都應該獲得支持，也包括婚育脫勾、單身生育；應該儘速建立年輕生育的父母的重返高等教育、接受技職教育制度或資源。
👉 因應人口結構需求調整移民政策。
👉 必須洞燭國際化與全球經濟轉型的接軌，這幾年的永續發展目標、綠能產業、產業轉型，都是關鍵。
👉 健保、稅基、勞動力、教育資源都必須在數年內完成具前瞻遠見的改革，以因應高齡並少子的社會。 #不用再繼續花錢想什麼催生了（當年還有想一句口號催生的徵文比賽呢🙄），老實面對時代改變吧。
