英倫光影，另一種英式浪漫
「暫別 . 大笨鐘」Good Bye soon, Big Ben
近日看新聞得知…我們熟悉的倫敦地標 - 大笨鐘明年將會進行維修工程…也許更會長達３年時間..這位近160歲的「笨爺爺」原來已經過百年沒有停止運行，也許需要給他休息片刻了，維修的日子他的外圍應該會被圍封著框架一段日子（天啊…框架可以是透明的嗎？）而且因為他內部需要大修，所以據說零件全部都要拆掉重修，所以到時候起碼一段長時間不會聽到它每１５分鐘““噹噹噹““的報時聲了。
期望…英國人能發揮極速的復修能力（嗯…我以前工作的地方旁邊一座小房子…建了２年都沒建好…）請到時快讓大笨爺重見天日吧。

A little sad hearing the recent news about the temporary closure of our Icon of London - Big Ben.. which shall take place from next year and it might last for around 3 years with deep repairing and maintenance.. this 160-year-old grandpapa has not stopped running for decades and it shall be the time for him to rest a bit..and there would be scaffolding outside the tower (gosh...pls use something transparent even if they have wrap it up..) Also the sound of the clock will stop for a while as well as they have to remove and replace some parts inside, which means we might not hear the every 15-min bell-ringing sound during the whole maintenance.. let's keep our fingers crossed and hope they will speed up the progress, let the grandpapa takes the fresh air asap...
