[簡易焗烤白菜]
與蝦米、香菇一起炒軟的白菜,和白醬味道混合後真的很迷人,我一個下午吃了兩盤。白醬的運用也可以用來做義大利麵、焗烤海鮮等料理,雖然很肥,但是濃郁的奶香味讓人感覺很幸福。
Ingredients:
• Chinese cabbage: we need 1/4
• Sliced Mushroom
• dried sea shrimp 1 tea spoon
• whipped cream 45 ml
• all purpose flour 20ml
• water 45 ml
• unsalted butter 1 tea spoon
• salt/black pepper/ white pepper
Procedure:
• cut Chinese cabbage into small pieces
• pan fry Chinese Cabbage, mushroom, and dried sea shrimp. Put some water into the pan, cook until cabbage is softened. Add some salt,black pepper and white pepper
• Prepare the cream sauce: melt butter in the pan and add all purpose flour, water 45ml, whipped cream, blend them evenly. You could add more if you want.
• Put the softened cabbage at the bottom of your baking tray, pour the cream sauce. At the top, add some pizza cheese.
• Preheat oven to 350 degree. Broil it for 20 mins. After 20 mins, boil it for 30 seconds.

No Yeast No Rise Easy Crispy Pizza Dough
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Number of servings: 1 25cm (10inch) pizza dough
Ingredients:
150g (5.2oz.) bread flour (hard flour or strong flour)
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
2 tsp. olive oil
75ml-85ml warm water
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees C (482 degrees F).
2. In a large bowl, place bread flour, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar, and olive oil.
3. Add warm water little at a time and gently mix with fingertips until it comes together. *Do not crumble. You just want to let them blend before you start pressing the dough with your palm.
4. Press into a ball with your hands, wrap in plastic wrap, leave it still for 10 minutes.
5. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough out into a 25cm (10inch) circle. *You can place some cheese around inside edge of crust.
6. Punch some holes in the dough with a fork to let the air escape while the pizza is in the oven.
7. Bake at 250 degrees C (482 degrees F) until dough is lightly browned.
8. Put on your toppings of choice and bake it for 5-10 minutes or until done.

Mix and knead the dough in the bowl, and ferment it until the dough gets twice as large, then roll out the dough and bake.

フライパンで焼く簡単ピザです。
簡単とは言ってもイーストを使ってこねているので、味は本格的!
強力粉100%なのでちょっと伸ばしにくいんですが、とっても美味しいです。
ボウルの中で混ぜてこねて、そのまま2倍位になるまで発酵したら
あとは伸ばして焼くだけ。
休日のブランチや普段、ピザが食べたくなった時にどうぞ作ってみてください。
パンよりずっと手軽に出来ます。
そしてイーストを使ってこねた生地でのピザはやっぱり美味しいです^^

【Ingredients】serves 2 (φ 24cm)
pizza crust:
★100g Bread flour
★5g Sugar
★2g Salt
60g water
2g Dry yeast
sauce:140g Pizza sauce
Toppings:
100g Mozzarella cheese
8-10 Fresh basil leaves
8g Olive oil
The best water temperature for the dough: About 30℃ for spring and autumn. About 10℃ for summer, and about 45℃ for winter.
【Directions】
①Add yeast to water and blend well.
②Put the ingredients★ in the bowl and mix.
Add the yeast① soon and knead well with hands.
③After keading, make it round and cover with cling film, then leave it at a warm place and ferment the dough until it gets 1.5 times or twice as large.
④Spread the flour and roll out the dough③ with a rolling pin into 24cm wide.
⑤Spread olive oil slightly on the pan, then put ④. Adjust the dough size to fit the pan.
⑥Heat the pan and bake at medium heat.
Cover the pan with the lid and bake for 5-6 minutes, when it's crisply baked, turn it over.
⑦After turning over, spread pizza sauce and put basil leaves and mozzarella cheese.
Pour some olive oil on it.
⑧Cover the pan with the lid and ake for 4-5 minutes. (slightly lower than medium heat)
Serve when the cheese are melted!
【材料】二人分(φ24cm1枚)
ピザ生地:
★強力粉 100g
★砂糖 5g
★塩 2g
水 60g
ドライイースト 2g
ソース:ピザ用トマトソース 140g
トッピング:
モッツアレラチーズ 100g
バジル 8-10枚
オリーブオイル 8g
*水の適温:
春・秋は、約30℃、夏は、約10℃、冬は約45℃です
【作り方】
①水にイーストを加えてよく混ぜておく。
②ボウルに★の材料を入れて混ぜたら、①を加えて混ぜ、手でよく捏ねる。
③捏ねたら、丸めてラップをして、1.5~2倍くらいの大きさになるまで発酵させる。
④台に取り出して、打ち粉をふったら、24cmくらいの大きさになるように
麺棒で伸ばす。
⑤フライパンに薄くオリーブオイルを塗ったら、④を乗せてフライパンの大きさに
合わせて形を整える。
⑥火を中火にして蓋をして5-6分焼いて、カリッと焼けたらひっくり返す。
⑦ひっくり返したら、上にピザソースを塗り、バジル、モッツアレラチーズをちぎって乗せ、オリーブオイルを回しかける。
⑧中火よりやや弱くした火加減で4-5分、蓋をして焼いて焼き、チーズが溶けたら
出来上がり~!
