"It matters not who you love, where you love, why you love, when you love or how you love, it matters only that you love."

這句話，出自約翰・藍儂（John Lennon，1940.10.9～1980.12.8）。他不只是位音樂家、更是政治倡議者，倘若他還在世，今天將是他的75歲生日。

我在英國求學時，同學們都能將"Imagine"、"Give Peace a Chance" 等歌曲朗朗上口。儘管他們所學的，是市場與法律的實務，但藍儂歌曲中的理想主義，則一路陪著他們成長。藍儂教導了一整個世代，無論我們面對多少現實的挑戰，都不能丟棄「想像一個更美好的世界」的勇氣。就像"Imagine "的歌詞所闡述的：

No need for greed or hunger
A brotherhood of man
Imagine all the people
Sharing all the world...

You may say I'm a dreamer
But I'm not the only one
I hope someday you'll join us
And the world will live as one

Front Runners New York LGBT Pride Run
紐約LGBT Pride Run路跑賽，為平等奔跑

每年6月，紐約舉辦全世界最大的同志遊行與慶祝活動，不只充滿著愛，更彰顯平等、差異與包容（equality, diversity, and inclusivity），我特別喜歡他們用「inclusivity」這個字，
它的英文解釋是：
“the practice or policy of providing equal access to opportunities and resources for people who might otherwise be excluded or marginalized, such as those having physical or mental disabilities or belonging to other minority groups.”
讓被社會排斥或邊緣化的人（例如身體或精神殘疾或其他少數群體的人）提供平等機#FRNYPrideRun.

今年有5,000位跑者聚集在中央公園，驕傲地為LGBTQIA+ community奔跑著。第一屆 Pride Run 於1982年在中央公園舉行，慶祝 LGBTQIA+的平等、多樣性和包容性運動，每個參與的跑者都成為了歷史的一部分。

當天有不少路人看到我身上有比賽的Bib Number，都會跟我說：Congratulation! 雖然只是一個小小的路跑賽，但頓時跟陌生人的互動變得好親近，大家除了恭喜，也立刻想起原來這週是同志驕傲月，有一些運動愛好者也對紐約恢復實體賽事感到驚喜，對話中盡是滿滿的笑容。

但願這世界再也沒有霸凌、沒有惡意、沒有壓迫，只有愛與自由。
