Here's what happened :
I lost my stuff IN THE HOTEL ROOM and the management didn't even handled properly or make me feel any better. Very lousy management, service and it's super dirty. My bed sheets have BLOOD STAINS😱😱, I want to change my towels so I put them on the floor and they ACTUALLY PICK UP MY DIRTY TOWEL FROM THE FLOOR AND HANG ON THE CHAIR WITHOUT CHANGING TO NEW ONES😡😡, the mosquitoes kept me awake for days. The cleaner don't even clean my room anymore after I complained that I lost my stuff in the hotel room (like hello, I paid for the services. If I lost my stuff in the room DOESNT mean u stop cleaning my room, u should look into it or at least SAY SORRY !!! " . Conclusion: ITS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dangerous, dirty, poor service, bad management team, lazy cleaner, super bad sound proof (I can hear people beside my room talking, ppl singing in the morning omg🙄🙄), their breakfast is like OMGGGG sucks, how hard isit to cook a damn decent breakfast of eggs( like wtf are the scrambled eggs watery), beans (super hard), ham is ok but damn salty, I dun even WANa talk about ur ABCSOUP PORRIDGE, (the only thing I think it's nice is their coffee), and seriously d something about the flies that is ALL OVER the food n fruits( don't u know bad breakfast give ppl bad mood whole day?) . It's seriously overrated! And it's the FIRST time I lost my stuff IN my room WITHOUT anyone apologizing about it from the management team! You should think twice if you're choosing to stay here in Paya beach resort! Omg!!!!!!! It spoils my vacation mood 😤😤😤
