阿正 X 暫歇 X 滷肉飯
其實我有些拿捏不準，大家是知道阿正廚坊要休息了才想看食記，還是不知道將在三月底暫時歇業才投票的。
單看阿正的菜單，已經無法用「中體西用」或是「中菜西做」來解釋。
你會看到紅糟肉跟紅酒醬牛舌同在菜單；台式螺肉蒜與地中海風味海鮮湯同在一欄；滷肉飯與培根乳酪義大利麵同場競技自然也是理所當然。
選擇困難自然是有，當天我們也只是隨機菜單上點菜，吃完大家只有一個結論：
「同樣的菜色，阿正就是能把平凡做的令人印象深刻的那個。」
說是累積的功夫也好，想法與講究也罷。
從套餐沙拉的小配菜花豆，到辣椒醬，到牛肉麵的牛頰肉都讓人滿意，我覺得算是非常不容易。
豬排三明治麵衣與吐司的狀態與脆度；麻婆豆腐的麻香鹹勁與魚柳的熟度狀態；手切魯肉與荷包蛋焦的恰好的邊邊；紅燒牛肉麵的麵體與牛頰的軟嫩膠脂。
每一道都是外面吃得到的菜色，但卻都多了一分可以稱之為料理的質感。
不能否認阿正的價位真的不便宜，講究裝潢、服務、擺盤的中式餐廳也許不夠吃香，但我想阿正會有這麼吃慣了華貴料理的老饕粉絲，自有其道理。
如果吃飯的時候再帶上一瓶最潮的Moët Ambush ，那自然又是更加假掰了（笑
